CONGRATULATIONS OSUN, THE NEW NIGERIA BECKONS!

“…Then said his wise men and Zeresh his wife unto him, If Mordecai be

of the seed of the Jews, before whom thou hast begun to fall, thou shalt

not prevail against him, but shalt surely fall before him.” Esther 6:13b

The desperate political subterfuges, deep spiritual enchantments, and downpour of naira-rain (a.k.a.  “dibo-ki-o-se-obe”) all failed woefully to hold back the counsel of the Almighty as the Fulanization agenda in Nigeria ran into the brickwall we had predicted awaited it at the Osun Gubernatorial election of Saturday 16th July.

Church Arise! heartily felicitates with the good people of Osun State and the Governor-Elect, Senator Ademola Adeleke for this landmark good success.  We pray that the State will go forward as a trail-blazing model to lead others into the new Nigeria we have all been praying for all these years.  We also congratulate the outgoing governor, Mr Isiaka Oyetola for the freedom now to be his own man, relieved of the hatchet-man job he would have been required to play in the fulanization script towards 2023. Such as were required of the Lagos governor during the EndSARS protest, or what is currently going on in Imo state.

Our biggest congratulations of course go to the indefatigable praying and hopeful Church.  We can take this landmark victory as a token that the relentless prayer-chains by the Saints across Church denominations, both within Nigeria and in the diaspora, have come to the attention of the Almighty God.  Yes, we can be encouraged and assured that the appointed time to show mercy on Nigeria and favour her has indeed come.

Going forward, after the order of Haman before Mordechai, we see the Fulani agenda irretrievably unravelling and the purveyors committing one fatal error after the other as they try to grapple with the unimaginable that had befallen them. While their evil counsel proceeds to the appointed perdition, Haman and sons go to the gallows and the people of God secure rule over all those who had decided to hate them without any cause! (Esther 9).

Of course, it is not time for the Church to seek repose.  Disingenuously, some folks are trying to cast the “Christian-Christian” ticket popularly endorsed by the good people of Osun in the same mould as the Moslem-Moslem (actually Moslem-Boko Haram) ticket that the Church is staunchly resisting at the Federal level.  The short response to this childish joke is contained in the statement by former SGF, Babachir Lawal:

“Now tell me which Christian will vote for APC with the following contraption: Muslim presidential candidate (Lagos), Muslim Vice Presidential candidate (Borno), Muslim National Chairman (Nasarawa), Muslim Deputy National Chairman (Borno), Muslim President (Katsina); Muslim Senate President (Yobe); Muslim Speaker (Lagos); Muslim Deputy Speaker (Plateau) e.t.c.

We may add that the Muslim Speaker from Lagos actually had to convert (back) to Islam, before he could be put forward for the office!  At the present time, the largely lame-duck office of Vice President, is the only one left in the APC basket with a Christian occupier; and the Islamists apparently cannot stomach even that token. As the Kabba helicopter crash showed, were it not for divine intervention, beloved PYO was supposed by now to have gone the way of Patrick Yakowa of Kaduna State!

Perhaps we should simply just ignore these comedians who think Nigerians can’t see beyond their noses to confuse the situation in Osun State with what the APC is doing at the national level.

Meanwhile while we all await the appropriate signals and pronouncements from the CAN and PFN, it is clear that the only practical option left for the Church in the march towards the 2023 presidential election is via the Obidient movement.   We accordingly recommend the movement for the embrace of the Church as we heed the Lord’s command that we occupy till He comes.

Hopefully,  very soon.

CALL TO DISRUPT THE FULANI AGENDA IN NIGERIA WITH OUR VOTES AT THE OSUN GUBERNATORIAL ELECTION THIS SATURDAY.

 1. In the past 7 years, a Fulani cabal has acquired unprecedented and incredible power in Nigeria. With elections due in less than a year, they are desperate to cling to this power by every means possible.

2. The endless kidnappings for humongous ransoms, the carnage at St Francis, Owo, and the audacious Kuje Jail break, are recent demonstrations of the desperation and capacity of this group of Fulani in this respect.

3. Under this ambience, it is child play for the Fulani to steer the 2023 elections to their desired outcomes, and with the legitimacy conferred by these, proceed to implement even more drastic changes in structure of the polity to literally consign other nationalities to the status of slaves.

4. In all these, Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu (BAT) has proven to be a formidable Outsider and has stubbornly frustrated the planned emergence of 2 Fulani moslems as the presidential candidates Nigerians can choose from.

5. To weaken and emasculate BAT, the smarting but smiling Fulani are isolating him from his natural allies who could have adopted him to champion the battle to wrestle power off the Fulani. They have successfully pressured him to blatantly disregard the clearly expressed concerns by the Church that he balance his presidential ticket with any capable Christian of his choice.  His eventual Moslem choice further turned out to be one with well-known sympathy for Islamic insurgents, as well as vehement opposition to any restructuring of the nation towards true federalism.

6. Amazingly, apparently blinded by ambition, BAT imagines he will not only win the election with this bizarre configuration (that could not fly even in 2014); he thinks he will furthermore be spared the MKO Abiola treatment and  allowed by the Fulani to form a government, where he can implement his personal ideas for the country. All these are pipe-dreams!

7. The gubernatorial election coming up in Osun this Saturday 16th July, 2022 (which in reality is all about BAT), might be able to help open his eyes!  He could be made to see that Christians can indeed mobilize to vote against him, if that is the only way to demonstrate that they are not willing to continue with the current polity of endless kidnapping and terror.  This could help him retrace his steps from blind subservience to the Fulani.

8. More importantly, the resulting situation will catastrophically disrupt whatever schemes the Fulani are banking on, to keep the masses dozing and spellbound while they go about perfecting their evil plans for us.  We don’t have to fight this battle according to their script and timelines!

9. The Church in Osun State has the capacity to bring about this massive disruption of the Fulani agenda - if we would unite and VOTE OUT the APC from government in our state this Saturday.

10. Church Arise! urges that brethren prayerfully consider the scenarios described and act accordingly.

Shalom.

Osun Gubernatorial Election is the place to checkmate raging Fulanization drive

Church Arise! has traditionally encouraged Christians to be actively involved in the political process in the country, by participating in every legitimate shade and hue of partisanship  - rather than forming a “Christian party” for example, as often advocated (out of sheer frustration) by other well-meaning Christians.  Ordinarily, such diverse and active participation should be sufficient to ensure that the Church is not short-changed, whichever party is in power, and it makes it unnecessary for us to endorse one party or the other in a general election.  The notable exceptions to this general position had been the elections of General Mohammadu Buhari in 2019 which we stridently warned against for reasons which are now clearly manifest for everyone to see (heightened insecurity and extreme nepotism); and earlier in 2014, that of Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola whose first term as governor of the land of the virtuous people, had been marked by rabid Islamism combined with state-sponsored idolatry.

However, never before is an election so crucial to the survival of the country as an entity, and even more so the preservation of the Church, than the Osun gubernatorial election scheduled for Saturday 16th July, 2022.

It represents the first and possibly the last opportunity for the Church to resoundingly respond to the Muslim-Muslim ticket recently announced by presidential aspirant Ashiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu (BAT).  Not only is such a ticket a direct affront and utter disregard to the clear and categorical counsel of the Church (through both the CAN and PFN), it is the worst Muslim-Muslim ticket imaginable.  As pointed out by several outraged commentators in the public space, not only is the chosen candidate strongly implicated in the support, nurturing, and protection of Islamic insurgency over the years, he is the official voice against restructuring of Nigeria.  In one particular outburst, he decried the call for restructuring of Nigeria as “madness”.

It should be clear to all that such a choice by Mr Tinubu was an imposition on him by the invisible sinister “kingmakers”, and it is instructive that he considers it a must-tread route to attain the office he desperately seeks to occupy despite the obvious backlashes such a choice was guaranteed to produce.

As we have affirmed over the years, the primary requirement to ensure Nigeria fulfils her God-ordained glorious destiny is that the current evil-imposed constitution must be discarded.  The Fulani agenda seek not only to sustain the constitution, but to work it out to its logical evil conclusion of subordinating other ethnic nationalities to the Fulani, using Islam as a cover. This subjugation had been accomplished over the decades in the northern region of Nigeria, all the way down to the Yoruba city of Ilorin using subterfuges and brute force.  The constitution was crafted and imposed in 1999 to proceed with the evil agenda in a somewhat more civilly manner.

Evidences stare us starkly in the face of the renewed desperate vigour to conclude this business at the present time.  For instance, it is no longer news that there are, right now, thousands of sleeper terrorist cells lurking in southern cities and forests, waiting to unleash similar carnage as is ongoing in northern and middle-belt regions.  The dastardly massacre of dozens of worshippers at St Francis Church Owo on Pentecost day, June 5, established that reality beyond any doubt.  As authoritatively revealed by Dr Obadiah Mailafia of blessed memory, the Fulani main plan is to start a civil war in Nigeria this year.  Failing that, the Plan B would be the handing over of the reins of government to the Fulani mujahedeen via a staged military coup, as happened in Afghanistan.  Dress rehearsal for this was the sacking of the medium-security Correctional Facility right in the Federal Capital Territory, in an operation that lasted hours, with no response coming from the all-moslem controlled security forces.

Elections therefore amount only to Plan C in the Fulanization scheme.  And their main use is to distract the Church from the glaring impending doom, numbed into inertia with the wishful hope that somehow, something might still spring out for the better; thus allowing the evil Schemers the direly-needed time to put in place critical elements of their dastardly plans. Of course the Church must prepare hard to meet the Fulani at the polls, even as She plans to checkmate their evil Plans A and B.

The election this Saturday in Osun state is NOT about the incumbent, who under ordinary circumstances deserves some fair consideration. (Hopefully, there would be plenty of opportunities for him to further contribute in the soon-to-emerge glorious Nigeria.)   But it is undisputable fact that he came into office solely on the strength of BAT; and he is patently helpless to work against the core interests of his benevolent godfather and Uncle. The election in Osun state, more than anywhere else, is every whit all about BAT; and this might be not only the place to show him the implication of his daring insult and assault on the Church, but even more importantly, the right place to frontally confront and stop the fulanization drive.

That would be history repeating itself, as the dreamt march of the Fulani to the atlantic was checkmated at this same Osogbo in 1840.

Just as a toad could stay and be boiled to death in a jar of water being steadily heated to produce gradual stepwise increase in the temperature, the success of the Fulanization agenda requires that Nigerians remain passive, gradually adjusting to the increasing temperature in the polity -  until it becomes too late to jump out.  The time and place to fight for the emergence of the new restructured Nigeria promised by God; to fight for the deliverance of our children and generations yet unborn from certain bondage and relegation to third-class citizenship; and even more importantly, to defend the Christian faith from suffering the fate of Turkey  (in the late nineteeth century) and more lately, Lebanon ( in the 1970s), is to vote the APC out of office this Saturday at Osogbo.

This would produce a clear signal to all, and would compel many sleepers (on both sides of the divide) to spring to action precipitately, ahead of what had been schemed.  As the Lord Jesus told Judas Iscariot, “that which you do, do it quickly”.  Forced to launch prematurely before vital components are firmly in place, the Fulanization agenda could thus proceed to the perdition appointed for it by the Lord of Hosts.

To execute the written judgement against this satanic move, the honour is given to the saints of God in Osun State.  Let us all troop out massively on Saturday 16th July 2022 and disrupt the Fulani agenda with our votes cast against the APC.

Shalom.

MONKEYPOX: WORKING HARD AT THE NEXT PLANDEMIC

Image from https://brownstone.org/articles/monkeypox-was-a-table-top-simulation-only-last-year/

 Summary

·         Some highly-placed people knew monkeypox outbreak was coming.  Right to the date it would emerge.  This is no accident.

·         Plans were made ahead at the World Health Assembly level to alter existing protocols and facilitate preferred responses to newly declared pandemics.

·         Clearly indicated scenarios have been published as to how the current low-key monkeypox outbreak is expected to proceed.   The Nigerian elites should wake up and make concerted efforts to disrupt here these scenarios and prevent the unfavourable outcomes scripted for our nation.

The story is eerily familiar.  In March 2021 the Nuclear Threat Initiative (NTI) together with the Munich Security Conference, held a “senior-level tabletop exercise” ruminating the idea: what if some malevolent actors should break into some bio-laboratory in some unsecured country and steal some monkeypox virus, re-engineer it to make it more deadly, and thereafter unleash on the rest of the world?

The conclusion arrived at by these  Bill Gates-allied organizations,  collated in a Report released in November 2021, was that within a period of 18 months of such an incident, there would be up to 3.2 billion cases of monkeypox globally, and 271 million people would be dead.  The exercise assumed the attack would occur May 15, 2022.

And what did we have in reality?  Just a week ahead of the supposed fictional schedule, on 7th May 2022, monkeypox indeed staged a dramatic appearance in Europe; and within two weeks had spread to several countries in that territory and also in North America, Australia and the Middle East. - countries that had never witnessed outbreaks of monkeypox before!  It will take incredible naiveté to attribute such precise matching of model and reality to pure serendipity or some superior scientific sagacity!

The Brownstone Institute aptly observed:  Monkeypox was first identified in 1958, but there’s never been a global Monkeypox outbreak outside of Africa until now—in the exact week of the exact month predicted by the biosecurity folks in their pandemic simulation. Take these guys to Vegas! ”

In fact this unprecedented global monkeypox pandemic arriving right “on schedule” would make it two-time bullseye for these expert pandemic Predicters in recent times, considering that it was exactly the same story that heralded in COVID19.  Simulated in September 2019 as occurring in a Chinese city, the pandemic broke out for real three months later in Wuhan.

Furthermore, same November last year that the Report of the predicted monkeypox pandemic was being released, Bill Gates himself had publicly pondered the havoc that would result if  “a bioterrorist” were to succeed in bringing smallpox to 10 airports.  And earlier in 2017, in a speech at that year’s Munich Security Conference, Mr Gates had warned that “the next epidemic could originate on the computer screen of a terrorist intent on using genetic engineering to create a synthetic version of the smallpox virus.”  Only a “super seer” like Bill Gates could foresee the imminent resurgence of dreaded smallpox (sonponno in Yoruba) which had been declared eradicated by the World Health Assembly in 1980. Monkeypox is a milder cousin of smallpox, but if “genetically engineered” like Mr Gates foresaw, we could very well be talking of a super smallpox.

Are we again set to go the COVID-19 plandemic route?  Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me!

Meanwhile while all this is brewing, the United States of America submitted, (in January 2022) a memorandum to the World Health Organization for consideration at the recently concluded World Health Assembly (May 22-28).  The memorandum contained the strange proposition by the Biden administration that the WHO should be given more dictatorial powers, at the expense of the sovereignty of individual nations like the USA itself!  This is the stark opposite of the position pushed by Donald Trump who threatened to withdraw the United States from the WHO during his presidency.  However, in the reasoning of the Biden administration, it is not sufficient that the WHO should have the discretional power to pronounce a multi-country breakout of disease as a “public health emergency of international concern;” the Organization also ought to be able to prescribe what actions individual nations MUST embark on, in the best interest of the collective. The WHO could make such prescriptions even in the absence of any actual health emergencies in that country, as long as the global body deems such actions as necessary “no-regrets” precautions.

As at the last declared pandemic (COVID), the usual one-size-fits all prescriptions churned out by the WHO generally amounted to mere advisories which individual nations were free to consider for domestication and implementation through the legislative arm of their governments.  The Biden administration however felt that the time delay inherent in such a procedure was what worsened the outcome of COVID; and that come the next pandemic the pronouncements and directives of WHO “expert committees” should become law in every member state of the UN, and that at wasp speed. To this end, it proposed on a general note,  an amendment to article 59 of the International Health Regulations (IHR), which would make changes approved for that critical document to become effective after only 12 months, rather than the current 24 months. Any nation that does not raise any objections within that period is assumed to have embraced and adopt such changes.

Then there were other specific proposed amendments (13 in number) sought by the Biden Administration for the IHR. Nigeria-based Equity International Initiatives (EII) has a concise summary of these:

“A careful study and review of the texts being removed from the law and the ones being introduced to the IHR clearly, very clearly show that these amendments have nothing to offer by way of ‘strengthening WHO’s preparedness for and response to health emergencies’ but a clandestine script for the positioning of the United Nations (UN) health agency as a world government and legalising the transfer of national sovereignty of nations to the WHO and a fortiori, those persons and organisations who sponsor and control it.

Specifically on the amendment proposed for Article 10, the EII submitted:

“This proposed amendment automatically turns the WHO to a bully master of the affected nation. It is worryingly provided in the proposed amendment that a nation in which the WHO believes that a health emergency has occurred is given barely 48 hours to answer to queries from the WHO on the occurrence. This flies in the face of the sovereignty of the nations. Firstly, it is not possible to have such a response within the period of time provided and secondly and most worrisome is the fact that the nations and/or government of nations are made answerable to the head of World Health Organisation.”

Thankfully, these audacious and obnoxious suggestions were roundly trounced at the 75th World Health Assembly.  And what a pleasant surprise, this was largely as a result of concerted efforts by the delegates from Africa.

So where are we headed in the weeks ahead?   As happened for COVID, we already can see the initial steps of lulling the masses into complacency, with the assurance that monkeypox just cannot end up becoming anything big.  But just as it happened in the case of COVID, we may expect to see the initial concessions politely sought from the masses cascade into authoritarian draconian measures!  In the case of COVID, the “just one week lockdown to flatten the epidemiological curve” soon turned into prolonged lockdowns used to coerce the masses to accept mandatory mask wearing, and multiple booster doses of a vaccine we are categorically told will stop neither transmission nor infection of the COVID virus.  The mantra became, “at least, we can all go back to our normal lives”.

But history does not have to be allowed to repeat itself.  Fool me twice, shame on me! No matter what is pushed in the popular media, it should be evident what the WHO expects to happen, and how it plans to respond.  These are clearly spelt out in black and white in the already cited Pandemic Report.

With clearly stated timelines and justifications, three sequential Moves are described in the Report, following the fictional outbreak of monkeypox on May 15, 2022.  By June 5, 2022, it is expected to become confirmed that the monkeypox outbreak actually involves new virus strains that  are resistant to existing vaccines (Move 1). Move 2 is expected six months later (January 10, 2023) “at which point the virus has spread to 83 countries with 70 million reported cases, causing more than 1.3 million fatalities”. At this juncture, the familiar “aggressive measures” including lockdowns, social-distancing, and mask mandates together with contact tracing would per force, be rolled out.  May 10, 2023 would usher in Move 3 at which stage “ participants learn that the pandemic was caused by a regional bio-terror attack that far exceeded the perpetrators’ goals.” By now the global tally stands at 480 million cases and 27 million fatalities.  The exercise closed on 1st December 2023 with 3.2 billion cases and 271 million deaths.

Clearly, this is the script the WHO is working with, and unless we resist the scripted initial apathy needed for the model to unfold and play out, it might be difficult stopping the train once it has gathered needed momentum.  For those who will not be so easily lulled into apathy with the “nothing to worry about” message, they are being told, that if there would be any problem coming at all, it would only affect in the main, the gay community.  Exactly the ruse that was used to spread the HIV/AIDS pandemic in the late 1970s!

Booby traps to watch out for, as the current situation develops into a pandemic, include the ongoing light suggestion that existing smallpox vaccines can take care of the much milder monkeypox.  However, this is by no means guaranteed, especially if the monkeypox were maliciously engineered to resist the existing vaccines.  That would only open the gates for new RNA-based vaccines, as happened for COVID.  Indeed Moderna (with RNA explicitly inscribed in her name) has already announced her foray into smallpox vaccines.  Even more serious is the known fact that the COVID vaccines leave most vacinees immune-compromised, and that smallpox is worsened in immune-compromised people.  Mass smallpox vaccination of a population already mass-vaccinated for COVID might therefore be tantamount to pouring petrol into fire!

We strongly urge the Nigerian elite, (not to talk of the moneybags), to pay attention to these important developments, yes even as we grapple with the boiling situation on the political turf in our journey towards 2023.  The victory at the 75th World Health Assembly which, (at least) temporarily disrupts the scheduled transmutation of the WHO into a global dictatorship is a great starting point.  But in reality that battle was fought mostly by our East African compatriots who have consistently stood up against unreasonable WHO dictates anyway.

For instance Malawi flatly rebuffed the attempt to extend the shelf-life of expired COVID vaccines by fiat pronouncement from the WHO; while South Africa dumped over a million doses of Astra Zenica vaccines, based on tests carried out locally, all contrary to recommendations of the WHO.  On the other hand, Nigeria continues to embrace the “Reliance Protocol” foisted upon us, as our NAFDAC is NOT permitted any independent testing of the COVID vaccines that continue to this day to be donated to us in millions, having been rejected elsewhere!

As shamelessly displayed on her own website, NAFDAC was bluntly instructed by the WHO to simply repeat pronouncements made on COVID by “more matured” regulatory Agencies from developed countries.  For this betrayal of trusts of the nation, NAFDAC was recently rewarded with an upgrade to a higher “maturity level” by the WHO!

“Maturity” my foot!

As lamented by Prof Oyewale Tomori, Nigeria’s critical public health decisions are now being handled by non-statutory “interventionist outfits”.  Having failed to ram the amendment to infectious diseases bill through our national assembly, the globalists simply encouraged the creation of the Presidential Steering Committee (PSC) which in turn receives instructions from the Shuaib Faisal led NPHCDA.  Up to his appointment at (or more appropriately, his secondment to) the NPHCDA, Mr Faisal was Senior Programme Officer at the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle, USA. At the last big event hosted by the PSC, the clearly marginalised Federal Ministry of Health was so distraught that it sent in no representation!

With the total control foreigners now exert over our public health institutions and personnel,  not many of us can confidently refute the allegation made by the Russians that the current monkeypox epidemic started off from a US-funded Lab in Nigeria.  As someone has observed, how many research facilities in Nigeria are not funded by the globalists anyway?

It is indeed time we began serious efforts to restructure our public health system in Nigeria.  The current situation where virtually 100% of our public health funding comes from Bill Gates and associates simply needs to end. Our number one priority for spending our wealth must be on our health.  Foreign philanthropists have other areas they may assist if they want.

INDIA SUPREME COURT CANCELS MASKS AND VACCINE MANDATES FOR COVID-19 - MAY 2, 2022.

EXTRACTS FROM THE JUDGEMENT OF THE INDIA SUPREME COURT CANCELLING MASKS AND VACCINE MANDATES FOR COVID-19.  DELIVERED MAY 2, 2022.  FULL DOCUMENT AT

https://indianbarassociation.in/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/judgement.pdf

Petition in public interest seeking the following reliefs:

 (d) Direct the respondents to disclose the post vaccination data regarding adverse events, vaccinees who got infected with Covid, those who needed hospitalization and those who died after such infection post vaccination and direct the respondents to widely publicize the data collection of such adverse event through the advertisement of toll free telephone numbers where such complaints can be registered; and

(e) Declare that vaccine mandates, in any manner whatsoever, even by way of making it a precondition for accessing any benefits or services, is a violation of rights of citizens and unconstitutional; and

(f) Pass any other orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit.”

4. The Petitioner filed an Interlocutory Application seeking a direction to restrain all authorities and institutions, public and private, from mandating the vaccine in any manner whatsoever, on a precondition of accessing any service or on pain of any penalty. The Petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to various restrictions that were placed by State Governments, other employers and educational institutions on unvaccinated individuals. The Petitioner contended that mandating vaccination for access to resources, public places and means of earning livelihood would be in violation of their fundamental rights, especially so, when scientific studies have shown that unvaccinated persons do not pose more danger of transmission of the virus when compared to vaccinated persons.

(v) However, no data has been placed by the Union of India or the States appearing before us, controverting the material placed by the Petitioner in the form of emerging scientific opinion which appears to indicate that the risk of transmission of the virus from unvaccinated individuals is almost on par with that from vaccinated persons. IN LIGHT OF THIS, RESTRICTIONS ON UNVACCINATED INDIVIDUALS IMPOSED THROUGH VARIOUS VACCINE MANDATES BY STATE GOVERNMENTS / UNION TERRITORIES CANNOT BE SAID TO BE PROPORTIONATE. TILL THE INFECTION RATE REMAINS LOW AND ANY NEW DEVELOPMENT OR RESEARCH FINDING EMERGES WHICH PROVIDES DUE JUSTIFICATION TO IMPOSE REASONABLE AND PROPORTIONATE RESTRICTIONS ON THE RIGHTS OF UNVACCINATED INDIVIDUALS, WE SUGGEST THAT ALL AUTHORITIES IN THIS COUNTRY, INCLUDING PRIVATE ORGANISATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS, REVIEW THE RELEVANT ORDERS AND INSTRUCTIONS IMPOSING RESTRICTIONS ON UNVACCINATED INDIVIDUALS IN TERMS OF ACCESS TO PUBLIC PLACES, SERVICES AND RESOURCES, IF NOT ALREADY RECALLED. It is clarified that in the context of the rapidly-evolving situation presented by the COVID-19 pandemic, our suggestion to review the vaccine mandates imposed by States / Union Territories, is limited to the present situation alone and is not to be construed as interfering with the lawful exercise of power by the executive to take suitable measures for prevention of infection and transmission of the virus. Our suggestion also does not extend to any other directions requiring maintenance of COVID-appropriate behaviour issued by the Union or the State Governments   (Page 111, EMPHASIS ADDED)
