PREFACE
This
is our fifth book, addressed primarily to the Church, on the critical issue of
the soon-coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. To be frank, we expect it to be our
last on the subject.[1].
The title of the first book was taken
from the opening words of the Lord in His earthly ministry (The Time is
Fulfilled – Mark 1:15); while that for this fifth book is taken from His
final words recorded in the Scriptures (Surely I come quickly - Rev.
22:20).
The
three other books (the trilogy, Behold I Come Quickly, Books I-III), had
focused on key end-time indicators, progressively monitored over a period of 12
years, to show that they are converging towards a singularity – that is, a
point where the present world order breaks down irretrievably. In short, it is clear that the world simply
cannot continue to exist for much longer, as we know it, if present trends of
those indicators persist. In the current
book, we have re-arranged these key indicators into two clusters. The first is comprised of three products that
are desperately being pushed unto the world by agents of darkness who feel
their time to take over authority has come, and they can wait no longer. The other cluster comprises of tools being
used to push these three products on the world.
The
products are woven around the “trans” idea, indicating extension of a
concept beyond the original design.
While this idea may indicate “progress” in several other subjects, it is
not so in the subject of the origin of the world itself. The only two possibilities for our origin are
creationism and evolutionism, and they are mutually exclusive – that is, they both
cannot be correct. Creationism avers
that the world came into existence by precise careful design, and after
creation had been completed, any trifling with it – as in a “trans” idea
– could only lead to a degradation. In other words, going “trans” with
an already perfect, stable system can only destabilize it, rendering it
imperfect and unstable. It would amount to what the Yoruba describe as “attempting
to climb the tree beyond the leaves”! [By the way, a good illustration of this idea
would be the “Hypergrace” doctrine associated with the Once-Saved-Always-Saved
doctrine. Hypergrace is essentially trans-Grace!]. The evolutionism view of origins, on the
contrary, holds that the complex ecosystem we observe in the world today
actually started accidentally from very simple systems; and things only got
more and more organized on their own, again by repeated accidents, without any
external supervision or prior design in mind.
In particular, it avers that it is always possible for us to intervene
today, and further accelerate that process of making the world’s ecosystem get
better and better, infinitely without end. Hence, these “trans” issues.
Even
if we may not be able to subject the origin of our world to formal scientific investigations,
the observed reality today is that any achievement of higher order in some
aspect of nature is to be paid for with higher disorder at some other aspect(s). This most fundamental of all scientific laws
is recognized as the second law of thermodynamics. Consequently, it makes sense
that we do detailed and holistic cost-benefit analyses before boisterously
embarking on some “trans” projects
– especially when they are to be implemented on a massive, possibly
irreversible, global scale. This is the
basic rationale behind the “sustainable development” doctrine. The need for being holistic in our
considerations bring to mind the Scriptures that affirm that this is possible
only through the Lord Jesus Christ; and that it is only in Him that ALL things simultaneously
hold together in perfect equilibrium (Col. 1:17).
We
identify in Section II of this book, the three “trans” concepts currently
being foisted on our world as: 1) Transgenderism and Transspeciesm; 2) Transgenic
Foods and Organisms; and 3) Transgenic Man. The whole point of these new products being to
corrupt the original, at the very roots (genes), resulting in less
stable and more easily-manipulated versions. The other cluster of end-time indicators,
serving as tools for promoting the uptake of the three “trans” concepts
in society, together with the key strategies employed to deploy them, are
discussed in Section III. The strategies, exploiting human lusts, are based on
gradualism, and flying of false kites that demand certain contrived “solutions”. The tools themselves are classified in this
book as: 1) Education and Technology, 2) Environment-Health, and 3) Socio-economics.
The new world emerging from all these processes is often described as
“post-modern”.
It is deeply concerning that while
many genuine Christians would readily concur that the world is indeed headed
for a singularity, only few take time to go further to contemplate and grasp what
this really translates to. We need to understand that it is a priviledge to be
alive and be part of these developments (Mat 13:17); and that there are clear roles
assigned for each of us in the scheme of things, to the glory and pleasure of our
Lord (Psa. 40:7). Sadly, rather than rooting for the Lord on key frontline
issues, many of us, out of utter confusion, or intimidation (or both), go about
playing the pawn in the hand of the enemy, regurgitating contrived empty slogans
fabricated from the pits of hell with which they have been force-fed. We need
to continually bear in mind that one day, we shall all stand before the
judgement Seat of God and give account for all we did while here in the body
(II Cor. 5:10).
The
Church Arise! LivingWater Ministries has always been about reminding the Church
who we truly are, and where our interests lie. Reminding us of our capabilities, destiny, and
the infinite superiority of the Supernatural Intelligence which is available to
us through the Holy Spirit, compared with any brutish Artificial Intelligence
the world may come up with. As the salt
of the earth, and the light of the world, the Church is the only Institution capable
of arresting the rot in an entropic world.
We are God’s instrument to keep the world sane and sanitary. As we play these roles, (by simply being
ourselves), darkness finds it absolutely impossible to comprehend, let alone
resist, our light (John 1:5), Hallelujah!
On
the other hand, the primary strength of Satan is stealth - catching people
unawares. He certainly would love it, if
possible, that people might even get to believe that he does not exist! The key to our victory over Satan then, is to
not be unawares of his wiles and strategies.
To be sober and vigilant, and be ready to resist him by faith. It is in knowing the truth that we receive
true freedom! (John 8:32)
Nigeria
is the primary theatre for our discussion. It is evident that the LORD has
graciously blessed the Gospel in Nigeria in a special way, and that the country
has a special role to play on earth in the unfolding end-time drama. However, denigrating the influence of the Church
in our country with a view to discouraging her from fully playing her assigned
roles, has become a major pastime for agents of the antichrist. Throwing around
dubious statistics, these try to shame the Church for daring to succeed and
thrive in a land where basic facilities are lacking, governance is fumbling, and
industries are having a hard time surviving. If only we prayed and worshipped
God less, the scorners suggest, the country would transform to a “first-world”
nation overnight!
But
how does the Church’s successfully running thriving Educational Institutions, effective
Health Centres, model Municipalities, and using these to validate the Gospel
she preaches [as did the early Missionaries], how does any of these stop
government (or other entities) from performing their own responsibilities also:
building a safe, stable, and prosperous society? And more importantly, do we really want to end
up like heathen Europe, or communist China for instance, seeing the hefty
social, moral, and spiritual costs of their supposed advancement? We could further ask if the devotion expressed
by the Church for the Lord Jesus Christ in Nigeria is any more “fanatical” than
that which is lavished elsewhere on football clubs and stars, entertainment “idols”,
careers, the martial arts, adventurism, and so on. Not to talk of the sacrifices demanded in new
age religions, cults, and secret societies!
It
is of course true, as to be expected, that the enemy is working overtime to
have the Church corrupted and discredited with the activities of fakes and
charlatans. But this is not really a big
problem. If the true Church would arise
and boldly play Her part, the fakes would in no time be exposed, lose patronage,
and simply fade away.
Satan
is a hopeless loser, and he is currently losing out big time. As he sees the end beckoning in sight, he has
become extremely agitated, desperate, and raving mad. The Church is called to calmly resist the
various antics of the devil, and instead, work out Heaven’s counsel for true God-glorifying
sustainable development of our world. We
expect that at the time of His choosing, the Lord will return to personally
evacuate His bride (the Church) from the earth, signaling the commencement of
the catastrophic closure of the current world order (2 Thess. 2:6-8). That time,
we believe, is close at hand!
It
is our hope that in reading this book, many folks who are currently in the “valley
of decision” will see the big picture, and will stop being intimidated or
pushed around by the devil. The stakes
are humongous, and the devil is ready for any payout to anyone who is foolish
or myopic enough to attempt eating with him with the proverbial “long
spoon”. No spoon long enough! The stakes
are humongous and the devil would pay anything to derail whoever is available
for derailment. Likewise, it is hoped that,
corporately, we the Church will remember who we are, recall where we have
fallen, and in due repentance, return to our first love.
We
are called to occupy and be in charge until our Lord finally shows up; and all
the resources required for us to do so have been adequately provisioned by Him.
Our
God reigns. He is firmly in
control. No shaking, Saints!

I – UNDERSTANDING THE CONFLICT AND
DISCERNING THE TIMELINES
CHAPTER 1: INTRODUCTION

Genesis 1:1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
Mathew 6:19: Our Father which art in heaven…
John 1:51 ….. Hereafter ye shall see heaven open, and the angels of God ascending and descending upon the Son of man.

“Surely I come
quickly:”
In this very last
statement of our Lord Jesus Christ recorded in the Bible, He very clearly
assures that He will be coming back again to the planet. (The statement was
made years after His earlier departure from earth). The word “Surely” affirms the certainty and
immutability of this event, which by the way, had been repeatedly predicted in
several Scriptures, in both the Old and New Testaments. A few examples:
“…and the LORD my God shall come, and
all the saints with thee.” Zec 14:5
“….and the Lord,
whom ye seek, shall suddenly come to his temple..” Mal 3:1
“Whosoever
therefore shall be ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful
generation; of him also shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he cometh
in the glory of his Father with the holy angels.” Mark 8:38
“And if I go and
prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself;
that where I am, there ye may be also.” John 14:3
The Lord actually
repeated this promise three times in the final Chapter of the Bible – with
increasing emphasis:
“Behold, I come quickly: ….” - Rev 22:7
“And, behold, I come quickly; ……” - Rev
22:12
“Surely I come quickly.” Rev 22:20
“I come”
establishes the fact that it is the very same Jesus that will be coming
personally, not a representative or some “avatar”. Elsewhere, angels and apostles affirm the
mind-boggling concept that this personal coming of the Lord would be physical
and literal.
“Which also said, Ye men
of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken
up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go
into heaven.” Act 1:11
“For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven
with a shout…” 1Thess_4:16
“Behold, he
cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, …. Rev 1:7
The word “quickly”
in the statement of the Lord under consideration implies both imminence and
suddenness. The coming therefore promises
to be a sharp disruptive event, requiring our prior preparedness if we are to
be ready for it; and deserving our careful contemplation if we are to appreciate
its full ramifications and implications. This is a task every wise virgin must
give priority attention – no other assignment could conceivably be of higher
priority or urgency.
In this introductory
chapter, we examine what we believe are the major reasons why the Lord would be
coming back again to earth, after He had already declared His mission on earth
“finished” in His first coming (John 19:30).
But first, we interrogate the seemingly strange concept of somebody just
“dropping off,” literally, from the sky!
Dealing with an
Orwellian double-think
The idea of intelligent
embodied entities visiting from outside of earth is really neither strange nor
new, although certainly not mainstream. For
instance, the three most-subscribed religions on earth - Christianity, Islam, and Judaism - all
clearly affirm that some supernatural character [Christ, Mahdi, or Messiah
respectively] would appear at the end-times to help resolve the world’s
pressing problems.
Other spiritual
expressions, including even atheism, also freely hold that helps are available
for mankind, either from completely extra-terrestrial sources, or from some visible/invisible
noble-minded non-human denizens of the planet.
These go by various names including Ascended Masters, the Hierarchy, Urbermenchen,
Bloodlines, Custodians of the Plan, and so on and so forth. Some of these
actually now have well-recognized human interfaces through which they interact
with our society today. A contemporary
example is one Jason Shurka of UnifydTV who claims to be spokesman for an
organization known as The Light Source (TLS), supposedly comprising of entities
with advanced superhuman capabilities, and who are trying to save our world
from whoever. (Many of us have certainly
come across some of the viral posts by “TLS” on social media, even if we did
not bother to find out who “TLS” was, or reflect on the full implications of
this development.)
However, when it
comes to seeking concrete solutions for the world’s problems, such “conspiratorial”
UNSCIENTIFIC considerations are largely discountenanced and rarely ever taken
seriously. For instance, when the
world’s official Institutions and supposedly most enlightened folks gather to
discuss the future of our world, whether at private meetings at places like Bilderberg,
Chatham House, or Davos, or at any of the many official meetings of the different
agencies of the United Nations, the possibility of sourcing solutions` from “outer
space” is taboo and totally off the table.
Thus boxed in, the
world is forced to consider downright absurd concepts as being the only
solutions available for the many challenges (natural and contrived) confronting
mankind. These so-called solutions include idiotic trifling with the genetic
pool of life, blatant turning of nature on its head - as in transgenderism, intrusive
biochip implants, and various enslaving socio-economic protocols and
restrictions such as seen during the COVID-19 debacle. All these are marketed in
the name of the so-called Doctrine of Necessity: “we simply have no other
viable options!”
As it turned out,
however, many of these outrageous official prescriptions are actually handed
down by influences external to humanity - even if that is never to be discussed
on mainstream platforms! A good
illustration of this situation is the plain but quiet acknowledgement that the original
blueprint Document guiding current UN policies on education, promoted by Robert
Muller, had significant contributions from a certain Djwahl Khul, a non-human
entity also referred to as the Tibetan1.
To move forward, Christians
must boldly reject this prevalent Orwellian double-think! We must unapologetically assert that there is
help available in heaven for our world from the Maker of all things. It is our sacred duty and calling, to access
that help whilst steadfastly opposing the fake solutions the devil seeks to
impose on our world. We are called to be the bridge between Heaven and Earth.
Bridging Heaven
and Earth
The Bible makes it
clear that in the beginning, the almighty God created two major habitats for
life and intelligence – the Heaven and the Earth (Gen 1:1). With Heaven as His
throne and Earth as His footstool, God speaks to events on earth, and takes
pleasure in watching His ministers on earth – ordinary mortals - enforce those
decrees (Psa. 149:9, Exo. 7:1, Isa. 41:13-15).
However, in
addition to Heaven and Earth, there are subtle references in the Scriptures to
other locations where life and intelligence presumably currently exist. These include “high places” (Eph 6:12), “the
worlds” (Heb 1:2, 11:3), and “under the earth” (Phil 2:9, Rev 5:3,13), probably
same as the “nether parts” of the earth (Eze. 31:14-18, 32:18,24). These places
might be viewed as outskirts of the Earth2. The main earth is
evidently given as Man’s estate (Gen. 1:28, Gen. 2:15, Psa. 115:16) while these
fringe locations presumably harbor, at least in part, the fallen angels who
lost their original place in Heaven (Jude 1:6, Rev. 12:8,12).
Evidently, these rebellious
beings are currently involved in a desperate struggle to physically and
permanently wrest ownership of the earth away from Man. There are abundant suggestions that, actually
at the present time, the earth is swarming with several of them, who freely co-habit
with genuine humans at various levels.
These fake humans sometimes exist visibly, as identifiable Luciferian
cults (for example the group called Grail Bloodlines, or the TLS previously
referred to) where initiates claim their origins not from Adam, but from the Nephilims
of Genesis 6:4 (NIV). Others, while acknowledging Adam as their origin, claim
to belong to different special non-mainstream branches of humanity, such as Cain
(Gen. 4:14), Nimrod (Gen 10:8-9), or some other sources listed in extra-Biblical
literature. Their chief objective, as
they co-mingle with humanity is to render the sons of Adam eternally subservient
in the new World order they seek to establish on earth.
We might trace the
whole story back to Isaiah 14 where Lucifer first contemplated the possibility
of ascending above the throne of the almighty God:
“ How art thou
fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the
ground, which didst weaken the nations!
For thou hast
said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above
the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the
sides of the north:
I will ascend
above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.
Yet thou shalt
be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit.” (Isaiah 14:12-15)
Subsequently, Lucifer
and his angels (that is, those who joined his rebellion) were cast off Heaven
in the ensuing war. In his fallen state,
he became known as “Satan, the dragon, the old serpent,….”
“And there was
war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon
fought and his angels,
And prevailed not; neither was their place found any
more in heaven.
And the great
dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which
deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were
cast out with him“
Rev. 12:7-9
It can be surmised
that it was this serpent that approached Eve in the garden (on Earth) to
instigate the fall of mankind and possibly take over his estate.
The Ingenious
Trait of Life called Reproduction
Apparently, Satan’s
rebellious hosts, just like the emerging humanoid AI-robots, cannot reproduce
after their kind, and their number is therefore fixed, (or at best - for
Lab-created humanoids - constrained to linear numeric growth). Moreover, it
also seems the case that these demons need some hosts (preferably humans) to
indwell, before they can validly operate on earth. It therefore follows that the chances of Satan’s
achieving his pipe-dream of taking over the earth can only continue to dwindle
as long as the number of his operatives remains limited, while the population
of regular humans continue to explode via unabated exponential reproduction. It is therefore not surprising that Satan has
always sought means of curtailing human fecundity, while at the same time
desperately promoting the mass, legal abortion of babies – up to full-term now,
in some permissive societies!3
However, Satan’s
ultimate joker in this effort to change the demographics of earth-dwellers in
his favour, entails a taking-over of man’s reproductive machinery to serve his own
purpose. Much like the classical virus
take-over of a host, Satan first seeks to unravel God’s image in Man by getting
his DNA corrupted. The reproductive machinery of such captive “hacked” humans are
consequently diverted to producing offsprings of a new genetic strain different
from the original human made in the image of God.
Stamped on every nucleated
cell in the body, the DNA is central to reproduction. It effects a direct
transfer of the parents’ image to the offspring, and represents a unique mark
of affiliation or ownership. Consequently,
the DNA determines virtually everything about a man – his physical looks, health status,
intellectual capacity, emotional disposition - virtually everything. From the story recorded in Genesis chapter
2, we see the original human DNA becoming corrupted when Man, at Satan’s
instigation, ate a particular attractive but forbidden fruit that supposedly
brings enlightenment. Satan’s
calculation was that the event would set in motion an irreversible chain
reaction permanently transmuting mankind into some other “kind”, different from
the image of God, in which he was originally created. Obviously, this new species will necessarily be
unstable, meaning that it is subject to decay - manifested as diseases and
ultimately, death. More importantly for
Satan, the new species can be easily controlled and manipulated to work against
God’s interests and purposes.
However, Satan did
not count on God’s unfathomable love and the sacrificial nature undergirding
His more obvious wisdom, power, and sense of justice. At God’s gracious intervention,
not only was the programmed transmutation halted, a scheme for substituting the junked DNA with another pristine human DNA was
secured!
God’s incredible
intervention entailed first expelling Adam and Eve from the garden, so as to
halt the transmutation before it goes “critical” and become irreversible (Gen
3:22-24). Next, God stepped down unto
earth Himself so as to make available a fresh sample of His pure uncorrupted
DNA. This He did by sending His only
begotten Son, the eternal Word of God, to be made flesh on planet earth. Coming through a virgin, with no human father,
the Lord Jesus Christ was able to avoid the corrupted Adamic DNA while
remaining human in every sense of the word. Though “in very nature God” (Phil 2:6),
He lived on earth, a lifetime of pure sinlessness, absolute humility, total obedience,
and incredible sacrifice (Phil 2:7-8). He thereafter offered the precious blood containing
this pristine DNA to be shed on the planet, thus providing a portal for anyone
who would choose to believe in, and identify with Him, to exchange their
corrupt DNA with the original. (Rom 5:12-14; I Cor 15:22, 45). This new DNA, turning people into a “new
creature” is now available for every son and daughter of Adam through the “new-birth”
experience (John 1:12, John 3:3-5, II Cor. 5:17). Hallelujah!
We can be sure,
however, that Satan is never going to fold his hands and go down into hell quietly. He continues to invent various other schemes
for fiddling with human DNAs, in order to achieve his original malicious goal. Not only are these new gene-editing processes
currently gaining popularity as a result of various hard-marketing, serious
attempts are even ongoing to make some of them mandatory for every human being
on earth! The utter desperation with which Satan is openly pursuing this gene-corrupting
agenda in our days, clearly demonstrates that he can sense that time is fast
running out on him (Rev 12:12).
Meanwhile, those
of us who have undergone the glorious transformation into a new creature are
enjoined to avoid repeating the original error of our parents in the
Garden. We are to guard the gene of God
in us jealously. We are also expected to
demonstrate the superiority of Him whose seed we carry by walking in victory
over “the world system” and its lusts (I Jhn 2:15, 4:4, 5:4; Eph 3:10, Gal 5:16). It is also our responsibility to reach out to
the rest of mankind with the saving health of God whilst there is still
opportunity to do so (Psa. 67:2, Rom. 11:25).
At the time sovereignly appointed by God, when the devil’s folly and failure
would have been amply demonstrated before all creation, the Lord will come to
earth, to personally complete the redemption of mankind, and indeed of all
creation.
Why a Personal earth-coming
again, by the Lord Jesus Christ?
Having completed
His work of redemption for mankind on the cross, the Lord Jesus sent His Holy
Spirit down to earth to instruct, grow, and help prepare His Church for
eternity. The Lord made it abundantly
clear that He is only gone to supervise the preparation of our eternal
habitation in Heaven, and that once this is completed, he would come down
personally to receive us, His Bride, unto Himself. (John 14:1ff). This
Groom-Bride symbolism clarifies why the Lord would be coming personally. Obviously, the consummation of a marriage between
Groom and Bride cannot be delegated (1 Thess 4:17. Rev 19:9)!
The celebration of the Marriage of the Lamb will be a solid seven-year
affair.
The only way the
devil can conceivably stop this coming of the Lord, therefore, is to convince
the Bride to opt out of the wedding. Or even worse still, get Her so defiled
that the Groom Himself decides to stay away. As we shall examine in depth in Section II of
this book, Satan is vigorously pursuing these very objectives all around us in
our days. The good news however is that
all Satan’s efforts are already certified “exercises in futility”, because of
what is already written in the Scriptures:
“Let us be glad
and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and
his wife hath made herself ready. Rev
19:7
This Marriage will
happen, and on schedule too!
The marriage will
happen on schedule, it is only left for individual Christians to ensure they
are not personally missing at the feast (Phil 2:12). Sadly, there are teachings
going on within the body of Christ, despising the idea of a Rapture and a
rising of the Church to join some Bridegroom for marriage “in the air”. The
Scriptures are however quite unambiguous about this coming reality (Jhn 14:3, I Cor 15:52, I Thess 4:17).
“Then we which
are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the
clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.” I Thess 4:17.
Someone may
question the rationality and practicality of the above statement from the
Scriptures. But nobody may claim it does
not exist, or that it is ambiguous. Each
of us must heed the Lord’s passionate warning:
“Behold, I come
quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown” - Rev
3:11
Somehow, integrated
into the Marriage Supper of the Lamb, will be the giving of rewards to
individual members of the Body as appropriate (Rev 22:10, 22:12, 2 Cor 5:10). This is another cogent reason requiring the
Lord’s personal appearance on earth one more time. A personal handshake to
faithful soldiers from the Commander, right on the field. Deacon Stephen was honoured with such a
personal welcome from the Lord at his martyrdom (Acts 7:55-56).
For His
actual touch-down on earth, we the redeemed Saints will be accompanying the
Lord, and we will be witnesses as He personally destroys the rampaging antichrist
with the sword of His mouth. (Zec 14:5, II Thess 2:8, Rev. 19:20). This is also
a well-established military tradition, where the coup de grace, the
final blow taking out the adversary, is reserved for the king’s personal blade (for
example, see 2 Sam. 12:27-29). A millennium
of Heaven on earth would thereafter ensue, marking the fulfilment of other
sundry prophecies, notably the eternal conscription into hell fire of Satan
himself, there to join his antichrist and his false prophet (Rev 20:10). Sadly, there would be humans, who having irrevocably
committed themselves to the devil, would be joining him and his angels in the eternally-burning
fire originally prepared for these wicked spirits. (Rev 20:15, Mat. 25:41).
The final piece of
the puzzle (I Cor 15:26, Rev 20:14) will be the death of Death itself; and the
ultimate bridging of Heaven and Earth (albeit a new Heaven and a new Earth) into
contiguous locations with unhindered traffic between the two (Rev 21). Thus, the process of restoration following
the fall of Man at Eden will at last be completed. Thereby we are restored to the original plan,
whereupon time ceases to exist and we proceed to enjoy God’s presence for ever
and ever. This is called Heaven!
All these might
seem to have been a long windy process spanning millennia since the Fall in the
Garden. But this only demonstrates the
extremely grave implication of sin - the deliberate disobedience to the
instructions of the almighty Creator. It however also demonstrates God’s great
love for mankind, Him going all this far to secure our redemption. We might as well note, however, that for a
God Who dwells outside time, there is actually no difference between “a
thousand years and a single day” (Psa. 90:4, II Pet. 3:8). The time element is solely for our
instruction and benefit as humans.
Whatever the
infinite Wisdom of God might wish to do thereafter is beyond our capacity to
understand, and is of little interest to us in this book. We might only glibly
mouth “eternity”, but none of us mortals has the capacity to comprehend what it
really represents! All we know is that on our part, time and temptations are no
more, it is forever with the Lord! Amen so let it be.
