CHAPTER 6 – PRINCIPLES AND MARKETING STRATEGIES

Having detailed the principal products with which Satan intends to actualize his desperate project of corrupting humankind and his heritage beyond the possibility of redemption, we now offer in this Chapter, some insights into the principles and strategies he hopes to use to market and enforce these products. How on earth could humanity be convinced to celebrate sex and “marriages” with animals, mutilate the reproductive organs in their own children, surrender food sovereignty to faceless foreign entities, embrace products known to be capable of granting unfettered access to their very mind to others, and other similar actions clearly geared to disrupt the smooth perpetuation of life on the planet? The scriptures encourage us not to be ignorant of the wiles and devices of the devil (II Cor.2:11)!

Philosophical Principles

As articulated by Annie Beasant, the founder of the Theosophy Society, the fundamental approach to taking over human society is undergirded by Fabian gradualism. It is named after the Roman general, Quintus Fabius Maximus, who invented and deployed it against the legendary Hannibal during the extended period of Rome's conflicts with the Carthaginian Empire in North Africa. The principle entails avoiding pitched battles and frontal assaults, but rather depending on strategic engagements at the flanks, with the goals of destabilizing enemy’s logistics, and eventually wearing him out in a long war of attrition. The spirit of the Fabian ideology is aptly captured in the logo of the Fabian Society, a tortoise, depicting the group’s disposition to changing society through slow imperceptible processes. Its original coat of arms (later changed) speaks for itself: it is a wolf in sheep clothing¹.

To beat such a Fabian system, a sheep needs to come to terms with the reality that not all “sheep” are sheep; and that the presence of the Shepherd is absolutely indispensable for safety.

The globalists’ strategy for world take-over via their carefully-prepared products, requires that the centuries-long war of attrition be pursued steadily via specific scalable objectives (battles), in time-frames mapped out in decades. For instance, the Samoa Agreement of the EU-ACP nations described in Chapter 3 is drafted to last 20 years, at the end of which period the globalists expect to have accomplished a number of clear well-defined objectives in the human sexuality aspects of their evil agenda. The previous version of the Agreement had also been for a period of 20 years.

It is understood, of course, that the major frontal assaults will come when the enemy is perceived to have been sufficiently weakened. As discussed in Chapter 2 (under timelines), actions of the globalists these contemporary times indicate their conviction that the natural Godly order has been sufficiently weakened and could now be confronted with more direct frontal assaults. We cited this as a clear indication that we are in the end-times.

This approach at gradualism is based on manipulation and abuse of one key design feature of nature – adaptation. Adaptation enables organisms and ecosystems to auto-adjust to changes in the environment - provided such changes come in sufficiently small steps. It is clear that the primary purpose of this design is to help heal injuries, and restore disrupted systems back to some equilibrium state. However, with purposive malevolent manipulation, this ingenious, patently benevolent device, could be abused and made to yield diabolical outcomes in a significantly altered system.

A well-known practical illustration of this concept, is the case of a toad that is placed in water in an open jar, which is slowly heated to boiling. Being cold-blooded, a toad could auto-adjust its body temperature to match the external environment without feeling any discomfort. And so, this toad continually, albeit unconsciously, increases its body temperature to match the increasing water temperature until it is boiled to death. By the time it realizes that trouble is at hand, it could be too late to jump out of the water!

The possibility of producing a significantly altered new system from the existing, via series of small graduated Fabian changes, is captured in another key philosophical principle revered by globalists. According to Hegelian dialectics, named after the 19th Century German philosopher G.W.F. Hegel, a purposive continuous evaluation of two opposing concepts (a thesis and an anti-thesis) could eventually result in the emergence (synthesis) of a brand-new concept. As described in the Critical Link²:

“Hegel presents the dialectic as a three-part structure consisting of a thesis, an antithesis, and a synthesis. In human history, when the status quo (the thesis) is challenged by a new historical development or force (the antithesis), a new form of life emerges out of the synthesis of the two prior stages.”

The practical application of this principle entails fostering a crisis in society, to which a number of solutions are then offered. While the solutions might be serially rejected, initially deemed unpalatable, the persisting crisis eventually engenders fundamental transformation in society, such that one such previously unacceptable or even unthinkable solutions, could be adopted, so that life can simply continue.

The bedrock for all satanic principles and strategies in the efforts to manipulate and destroy humanity has however remained the same though the millennia. It is described in I John 2:15-17 as comprised of the three basic lusts to which all natural living systems are implicitly susceptible. These are the lust of the eyes, lust of the flesh, and the pride of life. Via strings tied to these lusts, the in-built restraints needed to moderate the operations of certain critical processes of life in people could be disrupted. These processes include the inclination to appreciate beauty and order, (needed to preserve these virtues in the world around us); the drive to seek and ingest food (needed to keep the body system fueled and functioning); and the desire for recognition and respect from peers (needed to maintain order and decorum in the society). Satan corrupts these critical drives turning them into “lusts” with which he tries to bring down Man and his heritage.

As detailed in the Scriptures, these three lusts formed the basis of Satan’s attack on Eve in the Garden of Eden. She tossed aside divine restraints and ate the forbidden fruit, reasoning that the fruit “was good for food, pleasant to the eyes, and to be desired to make one wise” (Gen. 3:6). Exactly the same protocol was deployed against the Lord Jesus in the three temptations where the Devil attempted to cause Him (the Lord) to take precipitate actions, nudged on by food, fortunes, and flattery (Mat 4:1-10, Daniel 11:32).

As members of God’s end-time army, we must take heed to ourselves, and watch-out for these basic strategies of the enemy so we do not fall prey to him. According to the Lord’s admonition in Mark 13:33, we are to take heed, watch, and pray – in that order. And with respect to prayer, two key prayer points prescribed by the Lord are: “lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil”. (Mat. 6:13).

False Kites and Smokescreens

The strategies described above are deployed via a number of false kites and smokescreens. These are issues, ideas, or associated Movements, which are used to distract the general public while subtly pushing the thesis-antithesis-synthesis game to effect fundamental changes in society. By carefully orchestrating issues around a particular “false kite”, globalists are able to bring society to embrace fundamental changes it ordinarily would not have been able to stomach. These issues can also serve as smokescreens, distracting and obstructing the view of the general public while fundamental changes are swiftly effected in society. As we have been addressing in this book, the changes to established norms are in the critical areas of human Sexuality, Food, and ultimately, human Genetics.

Barry R. Smith[1] explained the flying of false kites in his popular books, Warning (1980), Second Warning (1985), Final Notice (1989), and Post Script (1992). The summary is that global elites have decided to promote a number of crises situations/hypes labelled as “global problems,” which are then presumed to require a strong unified “global response,” necessitating the formation of a coercive central “global government”. Such global problems, which appeared utterly hypothetical and unrealistic when Smith first mentioned them forty years ago, but which are now everyday reality, include world-wide environmental catastrophes, health epidemics, trans-national terrorism, and economic woes.

Three principal false-kites are briefly examined in this chapter. These are with respect to the globally-relevant issues of Environment, Terrorism, and Pandemics.

THE ENVIRONMENT KITE

The environment is our common heritage cutting across national and ideological boundaries. Clearly, it is the ideal nerve to touch when mankind must be goaded into taking unified global actions across nations, creeds, and sectors.

The principal issue here is the thesis that the relatively stable ambient temperature of the earth that we enjoy, and on which so many aspects of life on earth critically depend, is at the verge of some irreversible catastrophic change, principally due to Man’s activities; and that a central global authority is urgently required to be constituted to manage the situation. Dictatorial powers are demanded for such a global authority, subordinating national governments to its dictates.

The unique relative positioning of the sun with respect to the earth, which precision makes life on earth possible, has always been celebrated under the so-called anthropic principle. It is therefore implicitly assumed that the ambient temperature on earth, understood to be driven by solar activities, will practically remain tied only to these activities, forever. That assumption changed in the 1970s when the claim was raised that global temperature was cooling significantly, and could potentially lead to a devastating Ice Age on earth³. But at that juncture, humans were not fingered as responsible for the cooling. By the 1980s, the story changed to an alarming potential “Nuclear Winter” awaiting our planet. This theory (propounded by none other than Carl Sagan himself)⁴, identifies Man as the sole culprit for the coming catastrophic cooling of planet earth. Suddenly however, in the 1990s, the pendulum swung to the opposite side, and the new alarm became that the world is actually significantly heating up in what is described as global warming⁵! This warming is then linked with virtually every havoc occurring in the environment space – from earthquakes to hurricanes, from floodings to pandemics. Significantly, again, man’s development-related activities are held responsible for this warming.

The narrative of an ongoing peculiar warming-up of planet earth, projected to continue catastrophically into the future, could not be sustained for long, however. Despite very strong media censorship, significant number of highly credentialled environmental scientists soon gained public attention with their challenges and critiques to this official narrative. They pointed out that periods of increasing and decreasing ambient global temperatures are mere responses to fluctuating solar activities, and that this same pattern, being replicated on other planets in the solar system, has very little to do with Man’s activities on Earth. Prominent voices pointing these out include the celebrated 2022 joint-Nobel prize winner in Physics, John F. Clauser.

John Clauser, with at least one other Nobel Prize laureate, are among over 1,500 credentialed scientists who have come out with the World Climate Declaration (WCD)⁶ which asserts that there is no "climate emergency," that climate change science is not conclusive, and that the earth's history over thousands of years shows a consistently changing climate. According to the WCD the current increase in global temperature (which is much less than what is predicted in climate models) is better explained in terms of natural events, not man’s activities such as industries and cars emitting CO₂. Condemning the official model by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), which is the principal basis for the UN-demanded multi-trillion dollar intervention, Clauser cited the bestseller by Steve Koonin, science adviser to former President Barack Obama, which had noted “the inconsistency of the IPCC's 40 computer models, and their inability to explain the past century's climate”. More critically, Clauser points out a contradiction noted in Mr. Koonin's book: just a 5 percent rise in cloud cover can largely counterbalance the temperature effect of doubling atmospheric CO₂. Despite such nuances, according to Dr. Clauser, the IPCC's models persistently assume constant albedo, and ignore the vast cloud cover variations.

In the same vein, a 2021 peer-reviewed paper ⁷ produced by a team of almost two dozen scientists from around the world, had noted that the contribution of the sun to global warming has not been accurately (or even honestly) captured in the IPCC report. The paper accused the authors of the IPCC of “systemic bias” and cherry-picking data that support climate-change narrative. “Depending on which published data and studies you use, you can show that all of the warming is caused by the sun, but the IPCC uses a different data set to come up with the opposite conclusion,” lead study author Ronan Connolly, told The Epoch Times in a video interview. The Epoch Times further reports⁸

“When solar data from NASA’s “ACRIM” sun-monitoring satellites are compared to reliable temperature data, for example, virtually all of the warming would be explained by the sun, with almost no role at all for human emissions. And yet, for reasons that the study authors say are murky at best, the UN chooses to ignore the NASA ACRIM data and other data sets in favor of those that support the hypothesis of human responsibility for climate change.”

When contacted by the Epoch Times, the UN claims ignorance of the thousands of peer-reviewed research backing this alternative position.

In a key open Petition, dubbed the Petition Project¹⁰, over 31,000 US based scientists frowned at the ongoing demonization of carbon dioxide (generated from Man’s activities) as the chief culprit in global warming. The Petition read in part:

“There is no convincing scientific evidence that human release of carbon dioxide, methane, or other greenhouse gases is causing or will, in the foreseeable future, cause catastrophic heating of the Earth's atmosphere and disruption of the Earth's climate. Moreover, there is substantial scientific evidence that increases in atmospheric carbon dioxide produce many beneficial effects upon the natural plant and animal environments of the Earth.”

Added to these were the occasional loud and hard-to-ignore voices of Whistleblowers from within key organizations (such as the US Environmental Protection Agency and the United Nations Environment Programme)¹¹ exposing deep corruption and outright falsification of data being used by their Organizations to push a false “anthropogenic global warming” narrative.

One of the amusing developments, on this note, is the emergence of the so-called Gore Effect¹². This is described as occurrence of events of extreme cold, coming up just when big summits on global warming are called. For instance, there have been a number of such Summits which, by sheer serendipity, apparently, are disrupted by prolonged snowfalls and cold, forcing closures of society, including airports! The nomenclature arose in taunt of the then US Vice President, Al Gore, who was one of the foremost apostles of anthropogenic global warming. The unrelenting determination to sell the global warming narrative even in the face of such compelling evidences to the contrary is well captured by the following famous editorial from the New York Times, attempting to proffer scientific insights into the notable cold of December 2010. The article¹³ started:

“THE earth continues to get warmer, yet it’s feeling a lot colder outside. Over the past few weeks, subzero temperatures in Poland claimed 66 lives; snow arrived in Seattle well before the winter solstice, and fell heavily enough in Minneapolis to make the roof of the Metrodome collapse; and last week blizzards closed Europe’s busiest airports in London and Frankfurt for days, stranding holiday travelers. The snow and record cold have invaded the Eastern United States, with more bad weather predicted.”

The opinion-ed article then tried to explain why it is only our “feeling” that is suggesting that the global temperature is cooling, when in actual fact, “the earth continues to get warmer”:

“As global temperatures have warmed and as Arctic sea ice has melted over the past two and a half decades, more moisture has become available to fall as snow over the continents. So the snow cover across Siberia in the fall has steadily increased”.

This pronouncement of water moisture as a major contributor to global warming, threatening the prime position attributed to carbon-dioxide on the matter, was a desperate clinging at straws to save a clearly failing theory. The incongruity of this new theory with positions previously championed by the global warming cartel was humorously pointed out by the FrontPageMagazine in its response titled: When Cooling becomes Warming!¹⁴

It is really not surprising, therefore, that with time, the term “global warming” has been quietly dropped and replaced with a more non-descript, harder-to-challenge concept – “Climate Change”. This allows Globalists to stick to their desperado narrative of impending environmental doom for mankind unless drastic life-changing actions prescribed by them, are unquestioningly embraced and implemented by all of us. Such prescriptions constrain Africa in her use of her abundant God-given and desperately needed resources, particularly fossil fuel which use is inevitably associated with increased release of the “intolerable” carbon-dioxide! It is instructive to note that in the wake of the Russia-Ukraine war, at the first hint of energy crisis, European countries such as Poland, and even Germany did not blink an eye before reverting¹⁵ to the use of fossil fuel – firewood and coal, contrary to the “counsel” imposed on Africa.

It was heart-warming to see President Mohammad Irfaan Ali of Guyana refuse to play such idiotic games however. He very easily and articulately rebuked the attempt to be blackmailed by the western media on the planned exploitation of the massive oil and gas deposit recently uncovered in Guyanese territory. One of the viral clips of the interview can be found on Youtube.¹⁶

President Ali articulately pointed out the Guyanese forest reserve of 18.4 million hectares, “greater than the size of England and Scotland combined”, which will easily ensure that Guyana’s exploitation of her resources remain net-zero carbon. Instructively, since all these developments, tree planting and conservation has ceased to be considered a virtue in environmental management. A furious Bill Gates indeed went as far as characterizing tree planting efforts as “complete nonsense”!¹⁷

Emerging data are actually indicating a connection between rising global temperature and particulate matter (PM) pollution. This is because PM is known to be crucial to formation of clouds, serving as cloud condensation nuclei.¹⁸ The net energy that is retained in the earth’s atmosphere is a balance between total energy sent to the planet from the sun, the fraction of this that is reflected back away from the earth by the clouds (albedo), and the fraction that is retained within our atmosphere – which is the fraction that could be significantly influenced by greenhouse gases that trap heat. The point in contention is the relative sizes of these principal determinants of the earth’s ambient temperature. Recent data are actually suggesting that loss of cloud cover to reflect off incoming solar radiation might actually be greater than the influence of carbon-dioxide trapping out-bound radiation through the greenhouse effect. This is the major inspiration for the often-suggested idea that certain chemicals be deliberately released into the atmosphere to promote formation of cloud cover. Such geoengineering proposals are not exactly popular, considering the many uncertainties involved.

However, our point in this book is that ongoing developments suggest we should be less arrogant in proclaiming that we know for certainty what would happen to the environment in the next ten thousand years, and that we should consequently be placing outrageous demands on society today to mitigate those impact. We should also note the reality that supposed gains that might accrue from a hundred-years worth of such austere measures could easily be wiped out by an hour of volcanic eruption!

In reality, we are such a little puny Player when it comes to controlling environmental processes and conditions of the planet. It would be more rewarding if we would learn to give more credit to the almighty Creator as the Owner and Ruler of all nature, and learn to live in harmony with our world according to His specifications. From such an attitude, we are able to serve as His stewards of earth, and continually draw solutions to keep the world going for the benefits of all, and the pleasure of the almighty God.

Before closing this discussion on environment, it might be helpful to briefly examine why it is possible for environmental professionals, looking at the same basic data, to come up with totally different, even totally opposite, prescriptions for the sound management of earth. Understanding this is key to correctly discerning the moves, and intrigues within the high-stakes Environment sector. Essentially, there are three principal issues in this regard: Nature of the Earth, History of the Earth, and Origin of the Earth.

The Earth: Who or What?

One major reason for the gaping gaps in the solutions proffered by different groups for the sustainable management of Earth’s environment, is their fundamental worldviews on the nature of the earth itself. On this point, there are two major groups (discountenancing those who see the earth simply in terms of resources to exploit). While the first group sees the earth and all associated resources as existing for the service and pleasure of Man who is required to responsibly exercise dominion over them all, (in the spirit of Gen 1:28, and Gen 2:15); the other group sees the earth as a living sentient entity, indeed a goddess named Gaia, who is responsible for taking care of her several children of which Man is just one. Other children of “Mother Earth”, comprising of various life forms, visible and invisible residents on the earth’s surface, in the seas, and deep within the earth’s interior, are all reckoned as co-equals.

With such different viewpoints, the right of humans to construct a highway across migratory paths of snakes, for instance, could become a deeply contentious issue.

Earth History: Catastrophism versus Uniformitarianism

Apart from differences in worldviews as to the nature of the earth, the interpretation of available data to recall and reconstruct the past history of the earth could also be radically different. Such history, of course. plays a critical role in our ability to understand, calibrate, and correctly interpret events happening today, as well as successfully make accurate predictions about tomorrow. For instance, our answer to the question of whether or not there had been alternating ice-ages and warm periods on earth in the past would be critical to our answering the quadrillion-dollar question of what the ambient global temperature might look like in the decades ahead and whether or not we should worry about it.

Here again, we have two groups based on two opposing principles which when scientifically applied to the same data, would lead to hugely different conclusions! The principles, essentially, have to do with how the geologic column of the earth was formed. The geologic column is the layer-on-layer of sedimentary rocks of which the earth’s crust is composed. It hosts the fossil records which are the prime data for setting dates and writing the past history of our planet.

The Uniformitarian principle on one hand, holds that the various layers of the geologic column, and the fossils found therein, were uniformly laid, systematically undisturbed, over extremely long periods of time. Thus, the various observable layers (strata) represent a chronologic historic record, with the oldest layers (and fossils) below, and the younger ones above. The Catastrophism principle on the other hand, holds that there had been global chaotic events which occurred very rapidly for limited periods of time in the past, and that these affected the formation of the geologic column. The implication of this is that the layers and the fossils they contain were not uniformly deposited over extended periods of times, and therefore do not form a linear data-set in time.

The chief and most consequential of such catastrophic global events, was the flood event that occurred in the days of Noah. If such a global flood indeed occurred, then the basis for most of current stratigraphy and paleontology would be critically defective! However, that such a flood indeed occurred on a global scale is buttressed by the interesting fact that the story is found virtually in every culture all over the world¹⁹. As a matter of fact, the Yoruba culture holds that the recession of the waters began at the city of Ile-Ife, hence the name, and the associated fable that the world started right here!

Ultimate Question: Origins

By far the most important reason why groups of ardent environmentalists often come forth with drastically different prescriptions for sustainable development of planet earth is their beliefs on the very origin of the earth. Was the earth a special creation by an intelligent Mind or one of the unsupervised outcomes of some purposeless random Big Bang which occurred from nothing, billions of years ago?

As discussed in Chapter one, one model makes it reasonable to expect interventions, or at least direction, from the Maker who necessarily is distinct from the earth, and exists outside of it. The other model however scorns such attitude as defeatist and deluded. It insists that the earth is part of a self-existing “Nature” and its well-being cannot be tied to instructions and moral codes sourced from outside of it!

It should be noted that a wide spectrum of various environmentalist groups could exist based on different combinations of the above three key issues. In other words, the opinion on whether or not the earth is a piece of prized real estate or a living entity with feelings, could be independent of the belief on whether there had been some global catastrophic events at some points in earth history, and both are in turn independent of the belief on whether or not the earth had a responsible omnipotent intelligent Designer.

The United Nations system (UN) officially goes with the most liberal combination of these opinions, viz, that every life-form on “Mother Earth” has equal rights as Man and deserves equal considerations; that the earth has been in existence for billions of years as suggested by a Uniformitarian treatment of available data; and finally, that there is no Designer somewhere out there to whom we can look for prescriptions on how to care for the earth! The implications of such positions are quite grave and they underpin discussions and recommendations emerging from the various CoP meetings on the Environment. These form the principal basis for the UN Agenda 2030 document. In 2016, Church Arise! floated an NGO so as to officially engage the Environment-Health Sector from a Creationist perspective. Our prescription for sound management of the environment is that environmental actions should be optimized for sustainable development on a country-by-country, or maybe regional basis, rather than a one-size fits all prescription by some global authority. In order words, players should think global, but act local.

THE GLOBAL TERRORISM FALSE KITE

Terrorism (and twin-brother insurgency) directly defies the authority of the State, challenging her in the most basic duty of provision of security for the citizenry. It is literally the fire that cannot be left on the rooftop unattended to. Terrorism therefore demands understandably harsh response from the State, and where it spans several nations, a multinational response is inevitable. It has proven to be an excellent smokescreen providing cover, confusion, and justification enabling globalists to fiddle with society in their efforts to mould her into desired outcomes via the Thesis-Antithesis-Synthesis paradigm.

Terrorism can be used to literally usher in changes in government through sponsored coups, or by turning public opinion against a regime, especially at election times. We cited earlier the clear fingerprints of globalists in the terror abduction of 276 Chibok girls, which was used to frustrate the re-election bid of President Goodluck Jonathan in 2015 for his perceived incalcitrance over the LGBTQ+ agenda in Nigeria. In the wake of sustained terrorist actions, understandably, society’s overriding concern is Peace and Security – at whatever cost!

Terrorism therefore is a potent platform that can be used and manipulated by diverse interest groups, with the general public being at the receiving end. The late Nigerian head of state, General Sanni Abacha, famously stated that where terror activities last more than a few days, it can be safely assumed that the State itself is deriving some benefit from it somehow! In other words, terrorism could provide cover for agents of the State to deploy resources with little accountability; and where a state of emergency could be declared, near-total control of society could result. The political enemy is doomed who could be roped in with charges involving terrorism! Any subsequent action against him could always be justified by the government.

The reality with terrorism is that there exists a pyramid of Stakeholders, each with different interests, trying to exploit any given terror situation for their own benefit and agenda. At the lower levels of the pyramid are local players driven by ideology, religion, nationalism, and other parochial interests. The various grassroot players however depend on sponsors from the higher levels, and are hardly aware (or concerned) that they are being used. Such sponsors at the higher levels have different agenda in mind, and could indeed be supporting both sides of the local conflict! As we are trying to communicate in this book, at the peak of the pyramid, pulling the various strings, is the core globalists working directly for the antichrist.

Terrorism can literally be used as smokescreen under which cover, high-impact nefarious activities could be executed. For instance, sometime ago in Nigeria, there was a state-backed plot to execute a former President while incarcerated in prison custody. The plot which was aborted and later exposed to the public, was to be carried out under the cover of a contrived jail break. In the short period while disorder was to last in the prison environment, the executioner was to step in, shoot his target, and vanish! In a similar vein, the actual jail break at Nigeria’s federal capital in 2022 ²⁰, was allegedly executed with the intention to free terrorists who were to lead an attack on the State House to effect a change in government in the manner of the Taliban take-over in Afghanistan, which happened about a year earlier. The nature of the jail-break also indicated collaboration with the state!

Globalist entities who feel they need to disrupt social norms in various regions of the world therefore find local terrorist groups very useful to carry out their interventions. While most nations probably have special intelligence units clandestinely engaged in raising and nurturing such local terrorists, the United States of America (through the CIA), and even more brazenly, Iran, (through various terrorist proxies forming the “ring of fire” against Israel), are specially notorious in this respect. It is also a well-known practice that aggrieved nationalist groups within a state system, whilst officially jaw-jawing with the State at negotiation tables, find it convenient to set up terror units on the field, to strengthen their hand in the negotiations. Popular examples around the globe included the ANC and her Mkhonto we Sizwe (spear of the Nation – under Nelson Mandela) in apartheid South Africa, and in Ireland, the Irish Republican Army. Examples in contemporary Nigeria include Afenifere’s Odua Peoples’ Congress, Ohaneze’s IPOB, Niger Delta’s Movement for the Emancipation of the Niger Delta (MEND), Arewa’s Boko Haram, and more lately the Fulani’s transnational Bandits/Herdsmen!

In more recent years, these state agents have created other free-lancing terrorist groups, dubbed Private Military Companies (PMC) who are not necessarily driven by ideology or nationalism – but purely the pecuniary. And they presumably could be mobilized to any region of the world. These used to be old-time mercenary groups now elevated in status. Examples include the Russian-affiliated Wagner Group, with wide influence in West Africa, Bill Gates - affiliated Blackwater (also called Xe-Service, and Academi), or even local versions such as Asari Dokubo is trying to put together. These could contract out terror actions to the well-known proxies in the region of interest, or act directly either in their own name, or have their actions attributed to the local players.

On this matter, it is on record that the dreaded Boko Haram terror group in Nigeria (which at a time was ranked second most dangerous terror group in the world) sprang into notoriety after a prominent Nigerian politician publicly threatened to make the country ungovernable. “Those who make peace changes impossible make violent changes inevitable” he threatened²¹, when it was clear he was not going to get the presidential ticket of his party, as he had hoped. And in the twinkle of an eye, a largely innocuous group of religious fanatics, turned into a dreaded super-armed movement.

A widely circulating statement attributed to current National Security Adviser, Mr Nuhu Ribadu, claimed that the Fulani recruited their kinsmen from outside Nigeria to foment trouble in case of a Goodluck Jonathan victory at the 2014 election.²² Although Mr Ribadu has vigorously denied issuing such a statement, another prominent Fulani man, former governor El-Rufai of Kaduna state, as much as admitted to knowing where these terrorists were, and that there have been exchanges of money with them²³. The clear bottomline is that the terrorists are not ghosts, they have powerful sponsors, and the authorities know where they are – even in foreign countries.

Similar stories have been replicated in various regions of the world. These range from the interesting situation with the Talibans in Afghanistan, reportedly sponsored by the US CIA to fight communist interests. Things are not always predictable however. We saw, for instance, Osama bin Laden deciding to carry out the dastardly 9-11 strikes on the US. While the motley terror militia that overthrew Muammar Ghaddafi from power in Libya, were the same that humiliated the US in that country. It was particularly pathetic the treatment of US Diplomat, Chris Steven whose security was compromised by no less a person than Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton herself, by making available his itinerary on insecure email channels²⁴.

Of course, there are insinuations that the turning around by terrorists to attack their sponsoring state (such as the 9-11 event in the US) were at further directive by globalists handlers situated at higher levels of the terror pyramid though operating within state structure. These people have no qualms about destroying their own country, as they look forward to destroying the existing state-based unions to build and usher in their long-cherished global kingdom of the antichrist. At the time of writing this, (26^th December 2024), one of the major trending news is the allegation by the Head of State of Niger republic is that Nigerian officials are complicit and privy to the setting up of the new Lukarawa terror group²⁵. General Abdourahamane Tiani plainly alleged that intelligent reports passed across to Nigerian authority on the subject were subsequently leaked to France, who is apparently is the mastermind for the new group, and whose ultimate interest is the destabilizing of Niger republic.

It can be concluded, in summary, that at least under the right conditions, lower-level terrorist groups follow instructions handed down from somewhere in the upper echelon of the terror pyramid. Such instructions could include creating of factions within established groups, or forming mergers with erstwhile opposing groups. While all these local/regional terrorists believe they are fighting for some parochial interests of theirs, ultimately, they are actually mere tools in the hand of globalists to push their global governance and humanity-corrupting agenda.

This point is well illustrated by the ongoing prolonged disruption of food supplies in Nigeria by the relentless attacks and wanton killing of farmers all across the country. In a recent event in Kaduna State, on 10^th November, 2024, so-called “bandits” attacked farmers and burnt to ashes, tons of already harvested maize²⁶. There is hardly any other logical explanation of this action than put it as an attempt to sabotage maize production in Nigeria. This is particular interesting coming at a period when government agencies are vigorously promoting Genetically Modified (TELA) Maize, shamelessly, on the very basis of predicted coming shortage of maize in the country! Exactly the same action is being reported in other farms, even in the perceived quieter South West region^{27, 28}.

Furthermore, farmers terrorized off their land often end up as refugees in Internally Displaced People’s (IDP) camps. About two million Nigerians currently languish in such camps²⁹. Feeding these people is of course a serious issue, and obviously no one is questioning whether the “generous” food donations coming from foreign countries are GMOs or natural products. As pointed out in Chapter 4, it is known for instance, that since 2003, the United States through the USAID has engaged in shipping GMO foods into Nigeria to take care of emergency situations.

In the book, Confession of an Economic Hitman, John Perkin explained that western nations have Units such as his which go round to pressurize under-developed nations to embrace economic policies favourable to the West, even if detrimental to the locals. Governments who prove recalcitrant are soon visited by the alternative Unit, known as the Jackals. Frederick Forsyth detailed the modus operandi of this group in his 1971 book, The Day of the Jackal. Actions committed by the Jackals could easily be ascribed to some local terrorist groups, if not sub-contracted to them outright in the first instance. Many governments, aware of this arrangement, prudently decide to be pliable and embrace dictates from globalists, to the consternation of citizens and supporters who had supported their candidacy to the office. Until the average educated/literate Nigerian wises up to these issues, we can expect the terror industry complex to only grow more and more, both in size and in intricacy.

The successful flying of the terrorism kite and smokescreen depend heavily on creating appropriate propaganda and false narratives to cover and confuse the casual observer as to what is really happening. The globalists at the top of the terror pyramid, in fact, are able to maintain false piety while stoking these fires of terrorism in some nation, which they have determined must be kept underdeveloped for their own strategic reasons. We saw this playing out most nauseatingly in the reluctance³⁰ of western nations to declare Boko Haram and later on Fulani herdsmen as Terrorist Organizations, despite their being rated by credible international organizations, as the second and third worst purveyors of terror in the world.

We have a personal story in this regard. The respected US-based Nigerian human rights advocate, Barrister Emmanuel Ogebe, was committed to getting Boko Haram and Fulani Herdsmen to be designated terrorist groups by influential western nations. That single action would clearly go a very long way in hampering the operations of these groups, both by identifying and sanctioning their sponsors, as well as compelling state resources (including military assets) of these western nations to be deployed to counter the operations of such designated terror groups. However, as recounted by Barrister Ogebe, these groups apparently have a good number of defenders – including agents of the Nigerian government itself – speaking in their favour and promoting false narratives to becloud the actual situation in Nigeria.

That was the situation in June 2018, when the European Parliament was compelled to convene a special hearing to discuss the endless atrocities attributed to the Fulani Herdsmen, with a view to determining whether or not to designate it a terror group. As is their trademark, the globalists had commissioned an apparently well-researched Report which was going to be considered by the Parliament, and which would obviously play a major role in influencing the decision of the Parliament. The Report by the so-called International Crisis Group (ICG) was titled: Herders Against Farmers: Nigeria’s Expanding Deadly Conflict. Africa Report No 252.

Being privy to this situation, Ogebe made efforts not only to mobilize local stakeholders in Nigeria, to make their own submissions to the European parliament on the subject, he also specifically requested some to critique the ICG Paper which was set to be the main paper for consideration by the Parliament. Church Arise! was one of the groups that took up Barrister Ogebe’s challenge. The paper, later forwarded to the European Parliament by Barrister Ogebe, illustrates some of the cogent points we are making in this section and is reproduced below, in closing.

A Critique Of HERDERS AGAINST FARMERS: NIGERIA’S EXPANDING DEADLY CONFLICT. Africa Report No 252, by International Crisis Group

Preamble:

We appreciate the International Crisis Group for the work it is doing, and particularly for the comprehensive report on the Herders against Farmers in Nigeria. We will like to point out three major important gaps/flaws in the Report, as well as our reservations on some of the final recommendations.

1. The Existence of a Fulani Supremacy Agenda is Not a Conspiracy Theory

The Report failed to appreciate the true driver of the present escalation of a long-standing and in any case supra-national conflict in Nigeria since the inception of the current administration in Nigeria by labelling it a Conspiracy Theory. On page 8, the Report alluded to “dangerous political and religious conspiracy theories”; and stated that: “One is that the attacks are part of a longer-term Fulani plot to displace indigenous populations and seize their lands.” It went on to aver that “These charges are not supported by any solid evidence ….” By referring to the existence of a Fulani supremacy agenda as a “Conspiracy Theory”, the Report made a critical gaffe and therefore became unable to appreciate the true root cause of the Conflict. It is not surprising that it came up with rather superfluous and flawed recommendations.

Apart from such circumstantial evidences, as the blatantly unconstitutional lopsided configuration of national security in favour of the Fulanis, there are dozens of reports (as well as historic precedents) directly confirming the reality of a Fulanization agenda right from pre-colonial times.

For instance in an extensive press interview earlier in the year, Chief Olu Falae, a former Secretary to the Government of Nigeria and presidential candidate in the 1999 elections, made it clear that the Fulani pastoralists were more bent on terrorizing and causing economic damage to farmers than merely take care of their cattle. Not only did herders bypass lush grass before proceeding to feed their cattle on food crops from the Chief’s farm, they also proceeded to burn down the palm oil plantation – an action which has no value at all for them or their cattle. Hence the elder statesman who is a frontline advocate for restructuring of Nigeria could only conclude that all the attacks (including murder and kidnapping) by the Fulani herdsmen were calculated to drive him off the land for the Fulanis to possess. This reality directly challenges much of the basic premises and consequent recommended solutions advanced in the Crisis Group Report.

The US Based Chinua Achebe Center for Leadership Development (CACLD) has conducted a formal study that provided more light and conclusive evidences in the Herders-Farmers conflict. In her very credible research on the subject, the CACLD identified three distinct strata among the Fulanis involved in cattle business in Nigeria. At the top of the ladder is the super-rich and extremely politically well-entrenched cattle owner, while at the bottom rung lies the nomadic pastoralists hired to manage the herds. In the middle stratum are the killers, hired as “security men”. Most Nigerian Fulanis belong to the first group of bourgeois cattle owners while the mid and lower rungs are populated by Fulanis brought in from outside the country.

According to researchers from the CACLD, they visited pastoralists’ settlements in Abia and Enugu states where they were shown the “security personnel” category of Fulanis. Reportedly, these “were dressed differently from the normal Northern Nigerians ,….were young, less religious, most of them use drugs, and consume alcohol.”

Finally the CACLD researchers were able to present the anatomy of a typical Fulani Herdsmen Attack. It begins with complaints brought in from herdsmen on the field, being passed to the top Fulani bourgeois leadership (which include governors and top national security chiefs), who decides whether or not an attack should take place. If sanctioned, “modalities will be mapped out and a date will be chosen for the attack. Most times, Fulani herdsmen in the military and police are notified and everyone sends a representative. Neighboring settlements sends out representatives and arms cache are opened and arms are distributed to the participants”.

This finding is totally consistent with all the reports concerning these terror attacks. The CACLD further reported that: “During an attack, every Fulani person in the area knows there will be an attack and all will contribute to make sure it goes on successfully. Fulanis in the higher levels of the military will ensure all commands under them stand down, and the top Fulani police officers will do the same. The road is then clear for the Fulani herdsmen to carry their attacks.”

No informed leader in Nigeria sees the Fulanization agenda as a mere “conspiracy theory”. 2. Critical Role of Security Forces underplayed

When the Report notes in pg 11: “Under the Buhari administration, the security response has been particularly questionable,” it is actually only putting things very mildly. The entire security set-up is fully Fulanized - in outright contravention of the Constitution that requires inclusion of all sections in government; and the poor performance of the security units might not necessarily reflect abilities but rather attitudes.

And although the Report consistently lumped together its call for improved security for “Herders and the Farmers,” the utter commitment of government to security and protection of the herders is not at all in question. Under the current administration, security for herders has not been in short supply. A newspaper report proudly described a typical response against cattle rustlers in January this year:

“In this operation, troops of 1 Div NA are closely supported by Nigerian Air Force (NAF) attack helicopters, Nigeria Police Force (NPF) detachments, Department of State Services (DSS) operatives and Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) personnel to ensure that peace and security, as well as law and order is restored. https://www.thisdaylive.com/index.php/2018/01/26/army-launches-another-operation-against-cattle-rustling-kidnapping/

This has been the consistent response of the nation’s security apparatus to cattle rustlers see also https://www.vanguardngr.com/2016/08/cattle-rustling-air-force-recovers-665-cows-141-sheep/. The International Crisis Group report therefore comes out as pushing political correctness too far and therefore missing out on the needed solution to the crisis when it repeatedly portrays the Herders as being in need of security, presumably at the same level as is needed by the Farmers.

Moreover, even though the Fulanis have consistently sought to adduce the inhuman carnages they inflict on farming communities as retaliation for rustling of their beloved cattles (e.g citations 65 and 73 in the Report) there has not been as much as an allegation that the farmers were the cattle rustlers. As a matter of fact, farmers are not spared when the rustlers come a-visiting. As observed in a newspaper report praising the army’s relentless launch against cattle rustlers: “Cattle rustlers affect the farmers as much as it does the herdsmen, as farmers have to pay protection fees…. These rustlers had dislocated farming and animal husbandry in the north west on scale that could have only been achieved by a terror group like Boko Haram. At the height of their criminality farming activities have basically slowed to a halt as the farmers either pay up protection money to be left alone or face the prospect of being robbed of livestock and other valuables.”

It is therefore exasperating reading repeatedly in the Report that Government should “shore up security for herders and farmers” (e.g. paragraph 1 of Executive Summary, page i, Step A to Help Address the Conflict, pg 16, etc). It is the herders who attack the farmers. The cattle rustlers afflict both herders and farmers!

3. Recommendation calling for Government to Establish grazing reserves is Flawed

First, we note the Report’s undue and uncritical sympathy for propositions made by the Fulanis as the way out of the crisis. For instance, in prefacing its recommendation that government should establish Grazing Reserves, the Report euphemistically referred to the equivalent of 50 km x 50 km cattle colony initially proposed by the federal government to be established by fiat in every state of the federation as “grazing areas”.

It also (page 18) recommends that “governments of some states, like Benue and Taraba, that recently introduced new laws prohibiting open grazing should exercise restraint in enforcing such laws and encourage a phased transition to ranching”.

This is exactly the blatant demand by the Fulani Cattle Breeders Associations, demanding that laws duly promulgated (after due consultation with all stakeholders including the Fulani herders) should be reversed. Unfortunately, even the nation’s Defence minister (a Fulani) parroted the same demand as the condition for peace (http://www.pulse.ng/news/local/minister-mansur-dan-ali-wants-anti-grazing-law-suspended-id8460868.html). In repeating this same demand, the Crisis Group Report gave the impression that the required transition from open grazing to ranching was abrupt and not phased. By contrast, Fulani pastoralists in Ghana, when faced with similar situation, pleaded to be given only some days to adjust! 4. Conclusions

In view of the foregoing, the Recommendation that government “Establish” Grazing Reserves is faulty and inappropriate. What government should rather do, is “facilitate” the establishment of such reserves. Most of cattle herding is associated with the Fulanis. If government is not establishing similar facilities for fishing communities, pork-rearing communities, and other such livestock businesses associated with other ethnic groups, neither should it do it for the Fulani-dominated cattle-rearing business.

We also note there was no reference cited to support the suggestion that 100 billion naira was disbursed by the Central Bank of Nigeria and received by all 36 state governments in 2015 for the purpose of constructing ranches (“Deficient Responses”, page 10.)

On the whole, we endorse very strongly, the very simple, logical, and actionable suggestion by the CACLD as a solution to this crisis. This requires that open grazing should be proscribed and ranches are supported by government mainly in the north, while the super-yielding grasses being touted are cultivated in the south to be harvested and sent up north. The CACLD estimates that this solution could “generate 1 million jobs in the South and about 500,000 jobs in the North” whilst totally eliminating the Herders-Farmers perennial conflict. THE PANDEMIC FALSE KITE

Purveyance of pandemics is the ultimate kite in mobilizing and molding society as desired by crafty actors. As scoffed by the devil in Job 2:4, “skin for skin, yea, all that a man hath will he give for his life,” it is quite rife to see people, fearing for their lives, scamper for safety, endorsing ideas they had opposed all their lifetime. Indeed Heb.2:15 talks of people choosing to live their entire lifetime in bondage for fear of death!

The ideal disease to use to compel pre-determined responses in a society has to be infectious. This will ensure that the principle of “one man’s rights end where those of another begin” can be invoked on belligerents who would insist on spurning suggested recommendations, claiming they would rather risk contracting the disease. It will be difficult both on moral and legal grounds to insist on freedom to contract a disease which can be transmitted to other members of the public, and yet be allowed to continue to freely interact with that public!

And on this note, it would be better still if the infectious disease was one that could be transmitted by asymptomatic people, in which case, it could be transmitted unwittingly. It would be an additional advantage, if it could be airborne. All these explain why a low-fatality COVID-like infectious disease would be a much superior one to use in whipping society into order, more than a higher-fatality Ebola-like one which requires physical contact for transmission, and which is infectious only in very sick and clearly symptomatic people!

Finally, and quite importantly, the disease required to drive a global governance agenda must be one declared to be a pandemic. By definition, a pandemic spans several countries - unlike an epidemic, which is limited to a certain limited geographical region. Pandemics or potential pandemics will consequently require global action. A crucial issue is, when exactly does a health concern constitute a pandemic, and who has the authority to declare it?

Our experience with COVID, provides abundant data to discuss this false kite. It has all the classic elements of the Hegelian thesis-antithesis-synthesis manipulation implemented in carefully graduated (even if rapid) small steps. The whole process was catalysed by the infusion of an incredible amount of free money, which tugging at the basic human lusts as discussed at the beginning of this chapter, got strategic actors serially compromising the responsibilities entrusted to them by society. We discussed this earlier in Chapter five.

If we might do a brief recap, it all began with tremendous scare mongering of the unknown terrible disease spreading like wild fire and decimating populations in China. Then we had such “authorities” as Mr Bill Gates and his then wife, Melinda, (neither with any medical training) solemnly warning that once the disease reached Africa, people would be dying like flies on the streets! The call for immediate dictatorial global governance was loud and clear! In a series of articles published as the events unfolded, Church Arise! struggled to alert the public to the fact that the COVID smokescreen was playing out the classic thesis-antithesis-synthesis process to get society into the ultimate quagmire: mandatory gene therapy^{31, 32,33}.

It was evident right from the start, that all roads led to a vaccine solution (rather than a therapeutic one) under the authority of a re-engineered World Health Organization. In course of time, it also became evident that the vaccine solution in mind was a brand new one. The so-called nucleic acid vaccine has indeed been previously trialed on a number of occasions, and on each occasion rejected as not only being ineffective, but quite unsafe. Indeed the findings of an animal study which Pfizer submitted to the Japanese health authorities in 2020, and which pertained to the distribution and elimination of a model mRNA vaccine “clearly presaged grave risks of blood clotting and other adverse effects”³⁴. However, with the presumed urgency of the situation, the “doctrine of necessity,” proclaimed with the carrot of heavy financial benefits to a selected crop of facilitators on one hand, and a huge baton of heavy restrictions on the other to whip the rest of society in line, paved the way for the mRNA-based vaccines. These subsequently got administered to billions of people – indeed more than half of the global population – within the spate of three years.

All these happened, despite the admission that the vaccines would neither prevent people from getting infected, nor transmit the virus to others. The primary selling point of the vaccine being a dubious unverifiable claim that it would reduce the severity of the clinical course of the virus in people. Interestingly, at the same time, the manufacturers of the vaccines, following an initial pronouncement by Bill Gates along that line³⁵, insisted on being indemnified ahead so they would not be liable for whatever adverse effects followed the vaccine in people. It is amazing the incredible results that can be delivered by basic social engineering principles!

Carrots dangled, to sell the vaccine, on the one hand, included children in New York being offered $100 immediate cash³⁶, and a raffle ticket for a possible scholarship up to University level³⁷. In Vienna, a brothel invited men³⁸ to come get jabbed and have free half an hour sexual experience with any lady of their choice. There were the sticks also. In Australia, elected members of Parliament who refused to get jabbed were barred from voting³⁹, while in Nigeria, the Lagos Island Local Government advised members of staff who wished to keep their job, or any citizen for that matter, who wished to do ANY business with the government, to better get jabbed⁴⁰.

MONKEYPOX: WORKING HARD AT THE NEXT PLANDEMIC

Some highly-placed people knew monkeypox outbreak was coming. Right to the date it would emerge. This is no accident. In March 2021 the Nuclear Threat Initiative (NTI) together with the Munich Security Conference, held a “senior-level tabletop exercise” ruminating the idea: what if some malevolent actors should break into some bio-laboratory in some unsecured country and steal some monkeypox virus, re-engineer it to make it more deadly, and thereafter unleash on the rest of the world?

The conclusion arrived at by these Bill Gates-allied organizations, collated in a Report released in November 2021, was that within a period of 18 months of such an incident, there would be up to 3.2 billion cases of monkeypox globally, and 271 million people would be dead. The exercise assumed the attack would occur May 15, 2022.

And what did we have in reality? Just a week ahead of the supposed fictional schedule, on 7^th May 2022, monkeypox indeed staged a dramatic appearance in Europe; and within two weeks had spread to several countries in that territory and also in North America, Australia and the Middle East. - countries that had never witnessed outbreaks of monkeypox before! It will take incredible naiveté to attribute such precise matching of model and reality to pure serendipity or some superior scientific sagacity!

The Brownstone Institute aptly observed: “Monkeypox was first identified in 1958, but there’s never been a global Monkeypox outbreak outside of Africa until now—in the exact week of the exact month predicted by the biosecurity folks in their pandemic simulation. Take these guys to Vegas! ”

Furthermore, same November last year that the Report of the predicted monkeypox pandemic was being released, Bill Gates himself had publicly pondered the havoc that would result if “a bioterrorist” were to succeed in bringing smallpox to 10 airports. And earlier in 2017, in a speech at that year’s Munich Security Conference, Mr Gates had warned that “the next epidemic could originate on the computer screen of a terrorist intent on using genetic engineering to create a synthetic version of the smallpox virus.” Only a “super seer” like Bill Gates could foresee the imminent resurgence of dreaded smallpox (sonponno in Yoruba) which had been declared eradicated by the World Health Assembly in 1980. Monkeypox is a milder cousin of smallpox, but if “genetically engineered” like Mr Gates foresaw, we could very well be talking of a super smallpox.

Are we again set to go the COVID-19 plandemic route? Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me!

Meanwhile while all this is brewing, the United States of America submitted, (in January 2022) a memorandum to the World Health Organization for consideration at the recently concluded World Health Assembly (May 22-28). The memorandum contained the strange proposition by the Biden administration that the WHO should be given more dictatorial powers, at the expense of the sovereignty of individual nations like the USA itself! This is the stark opposite of the position pushed by Donald Trump who threatened to withdraw the United States from the WHO during his presidency. However, in the reasoning of the Biden administration, it is not sufficient that the WHO should have the discretional power to pronounce a multi-country breakout of disease as a “public health emergency of international concern;” the Organization also ought to be able to prescribe what actions individual nations MUST embark on, in the best interest of the collective. The WHO could make such prescriptions even in the absence of any actual health emergencies in that country, as long as the global body deems such actions as necessary “no-regrets” precautions.

As at the last declared pandemic (COVID), the usual one-size-fits all prescriptions churned out by the WHO generally amounted to mere advisories which individual nations were free to consider for domestication and implementation through the legislative arm of their governments. The Biden administration however felt that the time delay inherent in such a procedure was what worsened the outcome of COVID; and that come the next pandemic the pronouncements and directives of WHO “expert committees” should become law in every member state of the UN, and that at warp speed. To this end, it proposed on a general note, an amendment to article 59 of the International Health Regulations (IHR), which would make changes approved for that critical document to become effective after only 12 months, rather than the current 24 months. Any nation that does not raise any objections within that period is assumed to have embraced and adopted such changes.

Then there were other specific proposed amendments (13 in number) sought by the Biden Administration for the IHR. Nigeria-based Equity International Initiatives (EII) has a concise summary of these:

“A careful study and review of the texts being removed from the law and the ones being introduced to the IHR clearly, very clearly show that these amendments have nothing to offer by way of ‘strengthening WHO’s preparedness for and response to health emergencies’ but a clandestine script for the positioning of the United Nations (UN) health agency as a world government and legalising the transfer of national sovereignty of nations to the WHO and a fortiori, those persons and organisations who sponsor and control it.”

Specifically on the amendment proposed for Article 10, the EII submitted:

“This proposed amendment automatically turns the WHO to a bully master of the affected nation. It is worryingly provided in the proposed amendment that a nation in which the WHO believes that a health emergency has occurred is given barely 48 hours to answer to queries from the WHO on the occurrence. This flies in the face of the sovereignty of the nations. Firstly, it is not possible to have such a response within the period of time provided and secondly and most worrisome is the fact that the nations and/or government of nations are made answerable to the head of World Health Organisation.”

Thankfully, these audacious and obnoxious suggestions were roundly trounced at the 75^th World Health Assembly. And what a pleasant surprise, this was largely as a result of concerted efforts by the delegates from Africa.

So where are we headed in the weeks ahead? As happened for COVID, we already can see the initial steps of lulling the masses into complacency, with the assurance that monkeypox just cannot end up becoming anything big. But just as it happened in the case of COVID, we may expect to see the initial concessions politely sought from the masses cascade into authoritarian draconian measures! In the case of COVID, the “just one week lockdown to flatten the epidemiological curve” soon turned into prolonged lockdowns used to coerce the masses to accept mandatory mask wearing, and multiple booster doses of a vaccine we are categorically told will stop neither transmission nor infection of the COVID virus. The mantra became, “at least, we can all go back to our normal lives”.

But history does not have to be allowed to repeat itself. Fool me twice, shame on me! No matter what is pushed in the popular media, it should be evident what the WHO expects to happen, and how it plans to respond. These are clearly spelt out in black and white in the already cited Pandemic Report.

With clearly stated timelines and justifications, three sequential Moves are described in the Report, following the fictional outbreak of monkeypox on May 15, 2022. By June 5, 2022, it is expected to become confirmed that the monkeypox outbreak actually involves new virus strains that are resistant to existing vaccines (Move 1). Move 2 is expected six months later (January 10, 2023) “at which point the virus has spread to 83 countries with 70 million reported cases, causing more than 1.3 million fatalities”. At this juncture, the familiar “aggressive measures” including lockdowns, social-distancing, and mask mandates together with contact tracing would per force, be rolled out. May 10, 2023 would usher in Move 3 at which stage “participants learn that the pandemic was caused by a regional bio-terror attack that far exceeded the perpetrators’ goals.” By now the global tally stands at 480 million cases and 27 million fatalities. The exercise closed on 1^st December 2023 with 3.2 billion cases and 271 million deaths.

Clearly, this is the script the WHO is working with, and unless we resist the scripted initial apathy needed for the model to unfold and play out, it might be difficult stopping the train once it has gathered needed momentum. For those who will not be so easily lulled into apathy with the “nothing to worry about” message, they are being told, that if there would be any problem coming at all, it would only affect in the main, the gay community. Exactly the ruse that was used to spread the HIV/AIDS pandemic in the late 1970s!

Booby traps to watch out for, as the current situation develops into a pandemic, include the ongoing light suggestion that existing smallpox vaccines can take care of the much milder monkeypox. However, this is by no means guaranteed, especially if the monkeypox were maliciously engineered to resist the existing vaccines. That would only open the gates for new RNA-based vaccines, as happened for COVID. Indeed Moderna (with RNA explicitly inscribed in her name) has already announced her foray into smallpox vaccines. Even more serious is the known fact that the COVID vaccines leave most vacinees immune-compromised, and that smallpox is worsened in immune-compromised people. Mass smallpox vaccination of a population already mass-vaccinated for COVID might therefore be tantamount to pouring petrol into fire!
