Muslim Mob Throws Christian Couple Into Fire, Burning Them to Ashes

 In Islamabad, Pakistan, for allegedly desecrating the Koran, a mob of about 1,000 muslims  descended on a Christian couple, Shama Bibi and Shahzad Masili and beat them black and blue.  Chanting “Allau akbar”,the irate mob freely used “fists, kicks and batons”  on the couple before throwing them into a nearby fire, where they were burnt to ashes as seen in the picture here       The incident occurred on Tuesday November 9 following an announcement over mosque loudspeakers that Bibi and Masili had been found guilty of blasphemy against Islam.

        According to reports, following the recent death of her father-in-law, Bibi (28) burned the trinkets that he had used to practice black magic. As reported by the ChristianNews.net  “Shama burned the amulets and some other related material, assuming that this was the best way to get rid of ‘evil stuff.  She later threw the ashes on a garbage heap outside their quarters when Muhammad Irfan, a Muslim co-worker, noticed some half-burnt pieces of paper from the amulets and raised a clamor, claiming that Shahzad’s family had desecrated Quranic pages.”

          Bibi and Masili left behind three young children.  Unconfirmed reports state that Bibi was also several months pregnant.

          Murdering Christian folks for alleged desecration of the Koran has become rather common in our world today.  For instance in Gandu (Gombe state of Nigeria), Christianah Oluwaseesin was given the same treatment as Bibi and her husband (beaten and burnt) when Islamic zealots accused her of having thrown a bag containing a Koran unto the floor while invigilating an Islamic Religious Knowledge paper during school examinations.in her school in March 2007.  As we pointed out before, not only is it the case that such allegations of desecration of Koran by Christians are often proven to be false, when moslems fight themselves and openly burn each other’s Korans, nobody seems to care.  There was even the case of a Moslem who smuggled hard drugs in his Koran, hoping custom officials would not dare subject it to detailed search!

       Pious moslems’ feigned trauma at the reports of Koran manhandling would have been so comical if not for the grave consequences on the victims – such as Bibi, Masili, Oluwaseesin, and countless others in different places all over the world.
