Desmond Tutu prefers hell to sharing heaven with a “homophobic” God.

When the Pope, in his zeal to get everybody to heaven offered that atheists can now acesss eternal life in heaven without changing their view about God, the response from Dawkins, a key spokesperson for atheism  – presumably on behalf of the clan, was “No, thanks” (see http://churcharise.blogspot.com/2013/08/here-comes-new-pope-very-last.html).
Now in the same mould, South African icon of ultra-liberal  Christianity, Archbishop Desmond , Tutu said he would rather go to hell than share heaven with God, if God indeed were homophobic – that is if were against same-sex relationships!  Speaking in Cape Town at a UN organized gay advocacy event, Free and Equal campaign, the famous Nobel Peace laureate declared: "I would refuse to go to a homophobic heaven. No, I would say sorry, I mean I would much rather go to the other place."
In other words, God can keep His heaven, if He would not change His position (as clearly stated in the Bible) on homosexuality!  Food for thoughts for those who think God is not doing enough to save people from the catastrophe to come!
